The views are spectacular - pictures do not do them justice. The house is so clean and well appointed there is NOTHING you could add to enhance the experience. The verandas are expansive and perfectly positioned to relax and look out upon the most beautiful views in the Caribbean. It is nearby to beaches we like for snorkeling and owners recommendations were right on... it is close to Red Hook ferry for day trips to St John. The pool area is just beautiful The guest house is also well appointed. We loved it and will look forward to our next visit.

My husband and I joined two other couples to stay in this beautiful home for spring break. We were met at the airport by a wonderful host. She provided us with all the information we needed to spend a truly relaxing week on the island. This spacious home is located close to Red Hook, Smith Bay beach and Coki beach. Every day we would awaken to the most gorgeous view of St. John, the British V.I. and the local beaches. After relaxing at the beach in the morning we would return to the house and relax by the pool....what a week! What a house! We thank the owners of Paradise Villa for this awesome experience!

Five of us have been back a week from St. Thomas and wish we were still there and of course hanging out at Steve and Diane's Villa. The trip was fantastic beginning with our arrival - Gina the property manager was waiting for us and extremely helpful and pleasant. The only word that comes to mind is AMAZING! The views from the Villa are breathtaking and you get a great sunrise as a bonus (even when partly cloudy!). The villa and pool house were spotless and perfect for our group of five adults celebrating our 50th, they even have games for all ages including LCR our favorite. Red Hook is minutes away and three of the beaches Coki, Sapphire and Smith Bay (Lindquist) are just down the hill. Steve could not have been more professional and helpful even sending our deposit back within 5 days of our return! If you are considering other properties don't this is the one! Next time we will be staying two weeks one just is not enough. Thank you again Steve and Diane for sharing your family home with us! We are spreading the word to our family and friends.

Our family of five just returned from our trip to St. Thomas and we cannot say enough about Steve and Diane's AMAZING villa! Steve was great to work with and so helpful in answering our many questions about the villa and the island. Our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive until about 7:30pm but Steve's contact on the island was at the airport waiting for us, took us to the grocery store, and led us to the villa. We couldn't see the amazing views until we woke up in the morning and the pictures do not do any justice! We loved waking up to those same views every morning and relaxing on the porch and in the pool after a morning at the beach. There are a few beaches within a couple minutes drive and Magen's Bay is only about 10 minutes away. Red Hook was great for happy hours (Duffy Love Shack!) and dinners out and less than 10 minutes away. I also have to mention that each shower has a window with the same incredible views! It was our first time actually staying on the island (our parents had visited on a cruise), so we weren't sure what to expect. But we found that everything we needed was pretty close by and easy enough to find, and there was so much to do. This was such a relaxing vacation and the house is so clean and has everything you can possibly need...even extra large margarita glasses which were great for those nights relaxing on the porch overlooking the lights of St. John. The Sugar Bay Resort at the bottom of the hill has a great catamaran called the Daydreamer that we took a day trip on. It was nice and close, easy to get to, and they take you snorkeling and to a beach on St. John! A definite day trip to take. We seriously can't thank you enough, Steve and Diane, and we can't wait to come back! All of our friends and family are already asking where we stayed and want to come down, too! Thank you again!!

Wow! Paradise Dream Villa Took Our Breath Away

It is hard to describe just how this villa MADE our vacation the BEST EVER for our family, ages +55 and +30 . From the first look upon arriving to the last peek when leaving, the view of the islands and sea from the patio is breathtaking. The patio is spacious and offers both a windward and leeward area where you can lay in the sun, out of the cooling trade winds (for those in our group needing an extra dose of winter heat.) The infinity pool is not large enough for laps but is perfect for cooling off and enjoying our favorite cocktail, the "sneaky pete", while looking at the neighboring islands. The villa, which appears new, is very spacious and comfortably furnished. The layout of the rooms suited our family perfectly. The separate mini-villa allowed privacy when needed. We also discovered the perfect beach that appears undiscovered by the tourists (boat people) and is about a 5 minute drive from the villa. The fact that there was a photographer doing a fashion shoot for a well known clothing manufacturer on this beach gives you an idea about how beautiful the beach is. Shopping, restaurants, etc. are only a few minutes further. I give this villa and its location an A+. It is so perfect for us that we are going back next winter.

We started coming to St.Thomas in 2003 and we have been back many times, brought all of our friends and stayed at many different places.Two years ago my daughter was graduating high school and my parents were coming from Europe for the special occasion.A trip to St.Thomas with the family was all my daughter wanted for her graduation.I started looking and researching the internet until i found Steve's house. I liked the location,because Coki beach is our favorite beach and the house had everything we were looking for. It turned out to be a great trip,i loved the time with my parents,because i don't get to see them often.My parents and kids loved the house and the pool. Every night we cooked dinner on a grill ,sat on a porch and made great memories.This January my husband was turning 50 and we had our very close friends and my brother coming from Czech republic.I got this great idea to take all of them to st.Thomas since our friend Jerry and Susan were turning 50 as well and my brother had a big 40 !! I send e mail to Steve and started to work on my surprise.I knew that Steve's house is THE place to be. Nobody had any idea where i was taking them.When we came to the house ,they could not believe the view from the porch.They walked thru the house speechless.We had a great week and everybody agreed,that it was the best vacation and best gift ever,The house was a perfect size,clean,conveniently located and it's way better than pictures can say.My brother had tears in his eyes as we were leaving and we already made promise to go back in 10 years.We love to travel and we have been to many places,but st.Thomas and Paradise dream villa is definitely our favorite spot.It's hard to believe but very exiting that we will be back at Steve's house in June.This time my son is bringing his girlfriend and my daughter is bringing her boyfriend. They can't wait to share the beauty of St.Thomas,the view from the villa, Coki beach smoothies and fresh fish on a grill !!! I am looking forward to staying at the villa,looking at the ocean,sitting in the new gardens by the pergola,enjoying the sun and making new memories.And Steve you know,we will be back again,i just have to wait for another great occasion! Thank you for sharing your villa with us, it's a fabulous home, everything the pictures display and more. We enjoyed the views from the deck every morning and had a great view of the Fourth of July fireworks at St John. The home is designed so that there are great gathering spaces yet privacy if you want it. It is easy to get to the beaches and the beach chairs were perfect! Red Hook is quick and easy to get to take the ferry or for dinner. The fruit trees in the yard were an unexpected suprise. Thanks for being so helpful with our vacation, we would recommend your place to anyone!

Jaw-dropping Views!!

We have always had a good luck renting houses, but usually the house doesn’t quite live up to the pictures. In this case, the pictures, which are fantastic, DO NOT DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE! Your home is stunning! This was my first trip to the Caribbean and the view was absolutely jaw-dropping, even after a week of sightseeing on 5 islands, the view from the house was the best!! Having coffee on the deck in the morning with the sunrise was amazing and having a late night swim with the kids, after a day of sightseeing, looking over the island when all the lights start coming on was just simply wonderful! The yard is private. There are only 2 neighboring houses visible, but the houses are not close and you can only see them from certain sections of the deck. There are woods all around the house. You feel very safe and secluded. The house is clean and well maintained. Each bedroom is big with a private bathroom and direct access to a porch or balcony with that jaw-dropping view. We brought our kids, high school and college age, and my parents in their 70’s. The house worked out perfect for us and we feel it would work out perfect for people with younger kids as well or for all adults. The house is within 4 minutes of Coki, Sapphire, and Lindquist beaches. We kept the supplied beach chairs and coolers (which we stocked with cold drinks every morning) in the rental van, and that was very convenient, but also saved some money. BUT, do get a smoothie from the awesome waiter at Coki beach! They were so delicious! Lastly, the service was great. We got off the plane at about 9:15 pm, with Jamie’s cell phone number in hand and when we called he answered right away. We agreed to meet at Wendy’s and we promptly got lost and called him back. He came a got us! He took us to the grocery store, waited for us to shop, brought us to the house, and showed us around. He was great! It was truly an amazing vacation and we will have so many wonderful memories. The snorkeling was so much fun and just swimming in the ocean there is spectacular. We are from Maine and if your feet don’t go numb in the water here you’re lucky! My wife kept telling us you won’t believe how warm the water is. Well, we believe her now! We got home received the security deposit back promptly…it was an awesome experience!! Thank you again Steve for sharing your home with us!!

FANTASTIC VILLA!!!

Spectacular views & great location!! When you first arrive and walk up the stairs to the entry and turn around to see the view, it takes your breath away! The villa is decorated with a casual island feel and has large bedrooms and bathrooms. Every room has that amazing view. The property is well maintained and the house is clean. It is everything we expected and more!! Everything is provided for trips to the beach. We enjoyed Magens Bay. A day trip on the ferry to St. John is a must as well as a charter trip to the BVIs! We enjoyed relaxing in the pool while looking out at Tortola, Jost Van Dyke and St. John. The house is conveniently located to everything you would want to do - 10 minutes to Red Hook/ferries; 10 minutes to Magens Bay; 15-20 minutes to Charlotte Amalie; 10 minutes to grocery store (we found 2-Marina Market in Red Hook and another one past Red Hook which we went to the most. It has everything you can think of). We enjoyed grilling steaks on the grill and eating out at serveral restaurants in Red Hook and Charlotte Amalie! The view, gentle breezes and smell of plumeria in the air made this the perfect island getaway! Thank you to Steve and Diane for sharing your home. We will definetly be back!

This place is AMAZING!!!! My husband rented this villa for my 40th birthday. The villa has everything that you will need for the villa, pool and beach. Having a pool house was perfect for us. Our best friends stayed out in the pool house.. It gives everyone privacy. The house would be GREAT for a family. The owners are GREAT to work with. Girls trip to St. Thomas

How do I begin? The villa was incredible. The view was more than spectactacular (breathtaking). The propety was very well maintained and very very clean. And the location was the best--just far enough from Charlotte Amalie.The girls were not into snorkeling or sailing, but a couple of our guests were and these activities were just minutes away. The boat to St.John was only 10 min. away and an easy commute. We had only one little problem and it was taken care of immediately. We just can't say enough how comfortably we were there. It was like "home away from home"

The Great Escape

Our Thanksgiving get-a-way this year is one we will never forget. Escaping the chill of the Mid-Atlantic coast to a slice of paradise was by far, one of the better decisions we have made. This house, with all the amenities and extras, made our stay on St Thomas most enjoyable and memorable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked. Kicking back after a “hard day” at the beach by grilling some steaks or burgers on the gas grill and enjoying our beverage of choice, was a great way to cap off another day in paradise. Wonderful location, FANTASTIC VIEWS, and a house that felt like home...thanks Steve and Diane… for sharing this with us.

This is a beautifully decorated, inside and out, new property with a fantastic view of the ocean. It is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. You can easily accommodate 6 people; the guest house is wonderful and even has a small kitchen and large bathroom. All our needs, down to hairdryers and sunscreen were met! It is a short ride to many beaches and activities. We especially enjoyed the para-sailing!!! Be sure to take the ferry to St. John for some fun at the beach, shopping in town and great food! The owners have built the most beautiful home on the most beautiful location. The views are breath taking and the lovely breezes are so refreshing, as you look out over the Caribbean. You can see so many islands, which include St. John, Tortolla, Jost Van Dyke, just to name a few; but there appears to be a 100 smaller islands dotting the sea below. The house is decorated beautifully, with lovely pastels for colors and simple island decor. You can be in Red Hook in 5 minutes or down at Linquist beach in even less. The owner supplied snorkel masks and beach chairs, so the place was really lacking nothing. It's a romantic setting, with a deliciously refreshing pool to relax in as you take in the spectacular view. This place is 5 stars all the way! Thank you Steve for sharing your place with us.

Absolutely Fabulous Venue

Steve, thank you for the wonderful vacation. My family of six stayed at the villa the week of July 18th. We found it to be simply a gorgeous home, and I doubt there is a better vista available on the island. The home is perfect for a family, with abundant privacy and yet an intimate family room and kitchen for the family gatherings. The infinity pool and deck is welcoming at the end of a day at the beach or at sail, and we all looked forward to having a drink together there as the sun set and the clouds scudded across the bay illuminated by the Caribbean moon. Entrancing. We would love to stay with you again in the future.

Dear Steve, Our vacation was fabulous, the villa is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Thank you for allowing us to stage our wedding by your pool, it was perfect. Our son and his bride stayed at the Ritz Carlton, and were truly impressed by your villa and couldn't get over the views. We all took lots of photos. We didn't realize just how high the elevation was until we went down to one of the hotels to take photos of the villa. The flowers were beautiful and we really enjoyed watching the hummingbirds. It was wonderful to have our morning coffee on the deck and float around the pool several times a day. It was very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We will recommend it to anyone planning a vacation to St. Thomas.

Your place is fantastic. The pictures do not do it justice. Four years in the making, but you ended up with remarkable piece of paradise there. Everything was wonderful, the location on top of the hill, the views from the balcony, the beaches below, the pool and patio area, the ammenities in the villa, convenient to everything. Jamie and Louisa made sure we had everything we needed. Very clean and nicely appointed, comfortable beds, very relaxing atmosphere. Worth every penny. My husband's first comment "This is "our" place?" The next morning having coffee watching the sun rise from the porch "excellent pick on this one" and that was only the beginning of the 2nd day! It went so fast, we snorkelled, took the Baths BVI boat trip (great), the ferry to St. John, went to Magen's, Coki and Smith Bay beach, downtown to shop, ate at several great restaurants, so much nearby to do. We had a wonderful time and would love do it again. I would highly recommend this villa and would stay there again, no question.

Paradise Dream Villa certainly does live up to its name! The views are amazing, the villa is spectacular, and the location is unbeatable! This property will exceed your expectations in every way. Whether its hanging on the deck, in the pool, or just sitting inside playing cards with freinds, there is a sense of peacfullness as you listen to and feel the trade winds blow on your face. The beach, shopping, dining, casino, golf and more are just minutes away. The only thing that will make you unhappy here is when you realize that it is already time to leave. Amazing View

Our 3 couples enjoyed a fantastic week at the villa, the panorama from this hilltop home is absolutely breathtaking. Lindquist beach below was the hidden jem off the beaten path that is a must, I'd wished for a moment we had brought the kids becuase it would be the best beginner snorkeling experience imaginable. Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful house. Our St. Thomas trip was everything we expected and more. The AMAZING view every morning from our deck looking out towards Jost Van Dyke, Tortolla, and St. John will be hard to forget. Coffee, eggs, pancakes and bagels while watching the sunrise were a great way to start each day. We spent each day exploring the various beaches on St. Thomas and St. John. You were right about Lindquist Beach - certainly the best beach we explored on St. Thomas! Thank you to Jamie for getting us there late at night when our incoming flight was delayed. Once we made it, the week was perfect. Thanks again.

We have rented many homes in the USVI and this is one was one of the best. Great views of St. John, Jost Van Dyke, Tortola and many cays and bays. Beautiful accommodations and great location on the east end of the island. 10 minutes to Redhook and 5 minutes to Smith Bay beach (which is the best on the island). House is great, location fantastic! More rum please!!!! Lots of fun and we are looking forward to more great memories next year.

Wow--Steve and Diane: I just checked out the website. The new landscaping is awesome. We can't wait 'till April when We can pick a fresh lime and some bananas and avocados from the front yard. Will the Starfruits be ready then? The view is killer and We need another dose of Paradise. It's COLD in Ct. this week We counted 23 Islands from the Patio on our last visit. Wow...what a vacation. We had a great time in the most luxurious villa on the island. The views are spectacular. It was great to spend the day snorkeling at Lindquist Beach and then come back to the villa and relax in the pool and enjoy a late dinner on the porch overlooking the island.
