All of the photos and descriptions were completely accurate. The location was perfect, beautiful walk to downtown Breck, or nice hike up the mountain the other direction. The condo was clean and spacious, just perfect for our group of 3 Moms and 5 kids. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions, and had us fully prepared well before we arrived. We would definitely recommend this property, and would love to return again sometime ourselves!

The condo is great and very convenient to the slopes. We had 4 kids and 2 groups of parents and there was plenty of room.

Great Christmas Vacation

We stayed here for the Christmas holiday and the condo really felt like home! The living/dining area was nice and roomy and very comfortable for everyone!! Plenty of room for all of our ski gear and nice and close to the slopes! We loved it!

We stayed at the condo Dec. 18th thru 22nd 2010. We really enjoyed it. The owners helped us find the cheapest ski rentals (Breeze Ski Rentals at the base of peak 9). The condo is very well stocked, no need to bring anything extra. Would definitely stay there again.

We have been to Colorado skiing several times and have tried motels and other condos both at Breckenridge, Frisco, and Dillon. This was by far the most convenient and enjoyable. When I asked my son-in-law about our next trip, he said he couldn't think of anything else we needed. Everyone enjoyed being able to walk to the ski lift and ski back to the condo whenever they wanted. Our little granddaughter enjoyed sledding and only had to go about 50 feet to do that. The accommodations were superb!

I went to this condo for the first time for a weekend with my boyfriend and family in March - it was such a great experience we have rented this unit two more times! The accomodations are perfect, just one block from downtown and all the great restaurants and evening entertainment, and at the end of your day of skiing you can ski right to the entrance of the condo! The fireplace provided great atmosphere and the last time we were there the condo had been re-done and the upgrades were beautiful! We enjoy the full kitchen and all the little extra ammenities that we always find when we stay. The owner was very accomodating in providing restaurant suggestions that were superb. The price is right and the accomodations are wonderful, I would highly recommend this condo as a great place to stay while in Breckenridge!

Thank you for all you did to help with us with our vacation. Beautiful condo, very comfortable and in perfect shape. The building and hot tub are great. The lift is a quick walk and you can ski right in on your last run. We had a great ski trip!

Had a fabulous time at this five star unit in Nov 08. Very comfortable and well equipped - liked the fact that the owner had virtually all the comforts of home. Especially liked the location! Our family of 8 loved this place and will return again next year.

This was a fantastic rental experience for our family. The condo was updated and very clean and there was plenty of space for our 4 kids and all the related ski-stuff. The slope-side location combined with a walking proxiity to town was super.We also took great advantage of the hot tub. We'll be back!

The condo is AWESOME! We had the best Christmas there in 2007. We had a group of 8 people so we could all be together comfortably. Skiing right up to the door of the condo was great too! Enjoyed the hot tub also. We did alot of our our cooking so the equipped kitchen was a plus! Would highly recommend this condo anyone and working with the owner was easy and great communication.

Hi Guys... We just got back from Colorado, After your place, we spent a week or so in Denver. A quick note to say thanks for your hospitality (ok, so I paid for it, but the place was EXTREMELY nice and very central to all we wanted to do.!). We really enjoyed ourselves, and found everything perfect. We spent several trips up the hill hiking, and found the lake, etc. The hot tub was especially nice, and must ROCK! during the winter. The bedrooms we way warmer than we expected, and we were sorry we brought so much warm clothing for evenings. We found a note in the condo about the bedrooms being warm after the first night, we learned the heat was completely unnecessary. You should feature an area on your website describing amenities that we could have avoided bringing. You condo is well stocked, from microwave, can openers, pots/pans, dishes, MARTINI GLASSES, toaster, blender, etc.. All things we usually have to provide when we travel by car, and all found in your well stocked condo. Thanks for everything, We'll definitely look you up next time we're up there... Plainly put, this condo is a GREAT place to Summer, and is an easy drive to Central City Gambling, Vail, Frisco, Lake Dillon, and much much more. All of this we did on a daily basis. -Jon

Outstanding location! Easy walking distance to Snow Flake life and ski right into your condo after a day of skiing! The condo is renovated, furnished and can sleep 8-10 individuals. Stayed for a month in 2003 and had a great time. The condo was excellent with lots of room and very comfortable. The owners were extremely helpful through the booking process and when were on vacation. Could not recommend the place highly enough and if I visit Breck again (which I hope to) I will definitely consider staying there again.

We've rented this unit 3 times over the last 5 years and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Skiing directly from 4 o'clock run to the front door is GREAT. It has always been super neat and clean. The owners have always been friendly and helpful. I COMPLETELY recommend this unit and will be renting it again myself in the future.

Had a wonderful vacation at your condo during the holidays. Your spacious unit was great for our family of 8 and was well equipped and extremely clean. Enjoyed skiing right up to the doorstep after a hard day on the slopes and jumping into the hot tub. Our kids especially enjoyed pool. Thanks for aiding us in purchasing discounted lift tickets.
