My fiance and I bought this property in December of 2008. We love the Surprise area its serene,and a very beautiful area. These condos we love, they are very beautifully done, and have lots of wonderful touches. I really enjoyed decorating them as well, since I love to do interior decorating.We purchased this property as well as some others because we have a lot of family who always come and visit, and we wanted them to have a place to stay if needed,and it is a great investment for our families future.
We have 4 beautiful children, a 13 year old, a 5 year old, and 1 year old twins.

This is a luxury townhome with lots of beautiful touches. It is spacious, and has three bedrooms with three full baths, beautifully landscaped, and is located in a beautiful area in Surprise, AZ. The area is quiet and is surrounded by lots of stores, and entertainment businesses for you to choose from. Located within the Townhome Community is a tot lot, community heated swimming pool, and a fitness center. The property is also located near several golf courses, and city parks.
