This is a new condominium community built in 2006. This condo has many nice touches. Custom painted. Spanish style with two floors, 3 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms, attached w/ 2 car garage. Located in private gated community. All utilities included, high speed internet, phone, and cable television to enjoy on a 50 inch plasma (we also provide DVD movies for your enjoyment).
Front entrance to townhome is gated with a privacy wall,brand new black GE Profile appliances, high end maple kitchen cupboards, beautiful granite countertops w/ Kitchen Island, large walk in kitchen pantry. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that is needed to cook and entertain. With all brand new GE Profile appliances. Glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, all you need is to bring the food.
All bedrooms are beautifully appointed. There is 1 bedroom downstairs, with bathroom. The master bedroom and an additional secondary bedroom are located on second floor with two full baths .All linens provided, all the highest quality. Condo also has a small outside patio with table and chairs for your quiet enjoyment.
Condo is located in Town Square at Sierra Verde Onsite amenities including a pool and spa, tot lot, fitness center and community park. Within 5miles North of Townhome Community there are over 50 different stores,and entertainment facilities. As well as walking distance from the new baseball spring training facilities for the Texas Rangers and the Kansas City Royals, the new Coyotes and Cardinals stadium is located at the Westgate City Center. Surprise Sports Complex, the Sun Dome Center for the Performing Arts and the White Tanks Regional Park, several golf courses within a 5 mile radius, as well as easy access to the downtown area. My fiance and I bought this property in December of 2008. We love the Surprise area its serene,and a very beautiful area. These condos we love, they are very beautifully done, and have lots of wonderful touches. I really enjoyed decorating them as well, since I love to do interior decorating.We purchased this property as well as some others because we have a lot of family who always come and visit, and we wanted them to have a place to stay if needed,and it is a great investment for our families future.
We have 4 beautiful children, a 13 year old, a 5 year old, and 1 year old twins.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This is a luxury townhome with lots of beautiful touches. It is spacious, and has three bedrooms with three full baths, beautifully landscaped, and is located in a beautiful area in Surprise, AZ. The area is quiet and is surrounded by lots of stores, and entertainment businesses for you to choose from. Located within the Townhome Community is a tot lot, community swimming pool, and a fitness center. The property is also located near several golf courses, and city parks.

It was our pleasure to spend six very enjoyable weeks in this townhome during the 2011 spring training baseball season. The community is perfectly located near Surprise Stadium and is close to a wide variety of shopping and dining choices. The townhome itself is located in a quiet part of the community with no distractions from the pool, playground or traffic. Amy was a great hostess and provided anything and everything needed for my wife and me as well as our family guests. The townhome is spotless and beautifully appointed with all the comforts of home. Just look at the photos! The upstairs master suite is very comfortable, with the primary guest bedroom and laundry room conveniently located on this same level. We are looking forward to staying here again next spring and certainly would recommend it to anyone considering a short-term or long-term stay in Surprise.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family spent 12 nights at this beautiful condo in June, 2010. Nothing could have made our stay any better! Amy was so good to work with and the description matched the condo perfectly! She was even able to provide a pack-n-play for our young grand son! It was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We felt right at home. The location was ideal and very quiet. The weather lived up to the Arizona heat and the pool area was awesome. The property is beautiful and we can't wait to stay here again! Thank you for a great vacation!
