Our home is located in the Indian Palms Country Club, Indio. There is a 27 hole Golf Course on site with the choice of three 9 hole options. It makes for interesting play.
We have several community pools and hot tubs to choose from as well as an on site gym facility. There are a number of facilities available: practice putting green, driving range and Tennis courts plus our own restaurant, all on site. IPCC has a gated security system with the main front gate being manned with security personnel.
We are within walking distance of the Emprie Polo Club from the back gate on 50th Avenue and easy driving distance to the many Shops, restaurants and night spots of La Quinta and the Old Town Center. We are about 20 miles from the center of Palm Spring and approximately 10 miles to the Living Desert and all that is offer at El Paseo and Palm Desert.
We offer a 3 bedroom, two bath facility with a private enclosed pool at the back of the property. There is a Master Suite with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet plus two bedrooms each having two twin beds. The pool is 12 by 25 and not just a plunge pool. The depth starts at 3 feet and goes to 5 feet. No diving is allowed, we feel it is not safe to do so.
The back (we are not overlooked) of our property boarders a system of lakes and waterfalls with a beautiful area of trees and lawn. We have some very majestic views of the mountains from all aspects of our property.
