-Red Hawk Lodge is in the quietest location in River Run and is close to the walking village patterned after the one at Vail. There is no need to get in your car, pay for parking or take buses to get to dinner or the slopes.
-RED HAWK LODGE AMENITIES - This building offers ski lockers conveniently located in the lobby, community game room with fireplace, sink, refrigerator, billiards, cable TV and table games. The exercise room with a variety of equipment, steam room, heated pool, 2 hot tubs and complimentary swim towels are located on the West end of the building overlooking the slopes. You will enjoy the heated underground parking garage away from the elements as you unload your car. No worrying about scraping the ice off the windshield.
-Laundry facilities on each floor.
-Keystone Resort has free bus service to all locations within the resort.
-3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY, Christmas/New Year week & 3/1-3/31 (6 night minimum)
-A 50% deposit guarantees a reservation. Full payment + $350 refundable security deposit 30 days before arrival. All reservations are first come, first served. No reservation is held without a valid credit card and rental agreement.
-Cancellations less than 30 days notice (60 days notice for the dates of Christmas/New Year week & Mar. 1-Mar. 31) are subject to forfeiting all monies, unless the time slot is rebooked. $100 management fee will be charged for all cancellations. Those cancellations made 30 days (60 days for peak) or more will receive a full refund, less $100 management fee.
-Stay 7 nights, 7th night is FREE! Except holidays.
-$80 cleaning fee applied to each stay.
-Taxes included in rate.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. There is a great selection of movies to choose from and the condo was comfortable and spacious enough for 5 grown adults. The condo was very reasonably priced. It is a quick and easy walk to the gondola from the condo. The hot tubs and pool are fantastic with great views of the slopes. We also enjoyed the free pool table in the lobby! Overall I would recommend Red Hawk and especially this condo to anyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This unit was ideal for our family vacation. It is cozy, warmly furnished, with vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom and has an abundance of windows, which gives it an expansive feel. We love the flat screen TV and amenities including the pool and steam room. It was within walking distance to the gondola and we didn't have to use our car. We had one of our best vacations ever and will come back to this unit. We would highly recommend it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
