  We stayed for four nights while attending a wedding in the area. We had family members from 9 months to 85 years old. The home is spacious and well provided and the spaciousness allowed for all to feel comfortable, but not in each other's face. The seclusion made for no concerns in disturbing neighbors with early and late comings and goings. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming again. Thank you for sharing your gracious home with us.

  My family and I stayed in this BEAUTIFUL home for 5 days and 4 nights. Let me tell you, these pictures are do not even compare to the actual place! There's soo much space and amenities which was EXTREMELY helpful for traveling with little ones and grandparents. The large kitchen allowed for everyone to help with cooking and many spots throughout the home for everyone to just lounge and catch up. There were board games for the kids, a billiard pool, darts, ping-pong table and an exercise room for the adults. The home was clean and well-maintained. We chose this home because it was located in an area where our relative was getting married. Getting to and from the wedding site was a breeze. The stores and eateries are nearby, yet the home is situated far out enough where you could easily forget about the hustle and bustle of life. The air flowed really well through the home and didn't even have to turn on the AC - and it was during the summer! We loved the home so much that we didn't want to leave to our next destination. Sunrise was extremely helpful during the booking process and easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to our friends and relatives.

  The pictures don't do this place justice! The home much bigger and spacious than we expected and the amenities were excellent. Our executive board and adviser loved the home especially because it felt so peaceful and relaxing: perfect for a weekend getaway or retreat. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with as well. Definitely would rent here again for our next retreat!

  With our Marine son stationed at Camp Pendleton and unable to come home for Thanksgiving, we were looking for a place to take Thanksgiving to him, and this home fit the bill perfectly. With 9 of us together for the holiday, we had plenty of room to spread out when we wanted to, and the spacious kitchen and dining room worked out well for meals and activities together. The kitchen was well-equipped so that making a full-blown Thanksgiving dinner worked out well. The home is large, peaceful, and comfortable, and is set in a quiet, beautiful area. The owners were helpful and responsive -- thanks Sunrise. We would come back or recommend this home to our friends.

  my family went to vista for a wedding, stayed at this location and it was super. played a lot of pool and grilled between parties. the owner was great to work with. would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  Part of my family stayed in this house during our week in San Diego. The house is wonderful, definitely quiet, and best yet - very clean and well kept. A great place to spend vacation. A home away from home. The house is really open with lots of views of the surrounding landscape, which created a perfect relaxing environment. We did a lot of cooking and eating in the home rather than eating out. In shopping for rental homes, the size and value were big sellers to me. We were a little further out away from San Diego, but the price made up for it. We will definitely stay at this rental again when we visit the San Marcos, San Diego area with our multi-family gathering. Well done!

  I planned a reunion with 10 of my good friends from college, which included touring some local breweries in the area for a weekend, and cooking/eating meals together. This required a house, and we didn't know anyone with a big enough home down in Vista/San Diego area, so we looked into renting. Best idea ever. This particular estate with its plush, luxurious, yet homey and comfortable spaciousness set in an idyllic, quiet countryside was JUST PERFECT. The owner is friendly and easy to do business with; everything was as agreed upon, and the rent was a great rate for what we got! Definitely would go there again and again - I HIGHLY recommend for one or more families, groups of friends, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay - the kitchen had everything except a tortilla press (and I think we left the one we bought...) and downtown Vista has everything and anything you might need to supplement your stay in case you forget anything. The entertainment center and gym in the house were easy to use and convenient. The heating system is very responsive and quick. The views from the many windows were glorious! It was nice in the beginning of February, and I can only imagine how wonderful this place would be in the summer. Seriously. Best stay ever.

  Our extended family spent two weeks in this beautiful home this summer and loved every minute of it. We spent a lot of time at the close by beaches in Carlsbad & Oceanside, attend the races in Del Mar, spent a day at Disneyland, rode our bikes on the bike paths, shopped at area fruit & veggie stands and spent our evenings sitting outside the home enjoying the beautiful, peaceful view . We loved having our family dinners at home... with a table large enough for 12, it was perfect; not to mention all the kitchen equipment, not once did we need something that was not there! This vacation HOME is the perfect getaway for our family. Can't wait to stay here again! Sunrise thank you for a very relaxing vacation and letting us into your family home.

  We rented the house for a weekend wedding in Carlsbad. The house was clean and comfortable. Furnishings were pleasantly nice. Great out door area / patio. Owner was friendly and responsive. Would rent again.
