Why the Owner Chose Civano
My family moved into the Civano community in 2003 after falling in love with the friendly, safe, and sustainable community. The friendly neighbors, seasonal concerts, friendly neighbors, walking paths, gorgeous mountain views, beautiful desert landscaping, and refreshing swimming pools are just a few of the things I continue to love about Civano.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
I love the views of the mountains and sunsets, as well as overlooking the community garden. The space feels very private and quiet.

Very attractive, well-furnished casita--comfortable bed and couch, good reading lights, big closet, efficient kitchen set-up. Our favorite feature is the large deck overlookinq the community vegetable garden, with glimpses of the Rincon and Santa Rita (I think) mountains. Owners seem very professional and accommodating.
