Total privacy on 15 acres at the end of a 1/4 mile plowed driveway at the top of a mountain.
Enjoy this well equipped home year round.
- Swim or inner tube on the brand new swimming pond during the day and sit by the stone fire pit at night watching the stars.
- Hike the numerous trails that are offered in the area including a section of the Appalachian trail.
- Inner tube, kayak or canoe down the scenic Battenkill river.
- Relax amid the extensive gardens created by the owner, a professional Boston basted landscape designer.
- Play tennis at the snow mountain farms tennis courts.
- Enjoy the colorful fall foliage from scenic route 100 or head home and enjoy it from the back porch
- Go apple picking at one of the local farms or sit and enjoy the foliage from a chair lift ride at one of the many resorts.
- In winter. Enjoy the hot tub after a full day of skiing or snow boarding at either stratton mountain or Mount snow. Kids can swim in the associations heated swimming pool or you can sled down the near by townsend dam on inner tubes.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a den with a fold out couch. It has a full cooks kitchen for meals ( new appliances, granite counter tops and wide pine floors) or sit by the fire place after a full day in the snow.
The guest house is 1100 square feet and has another bedroom, bathroom and kitchen plus a very large main room and a wood stove.
