We found the house very comfortable. We met Ben and he fixed the hot tub for us to use. It was a very relaxing house. We had a great time. It couldn't have been any better.

This home is perfect for a large group. The views are breath taking from morning to dusk from the balcony. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We had a day or two of bad ocean waters but we were able to jump in the car and run over to St. Andrews State park, where the ocean was clear and calm, within 5 minutes. Ben Golden was very responsive to our needs and made sure our vacation was enjoyed to the utmost. Thanks much Ben and family for allowing us to rent this beautiful home and have quality family time! Looking forward to next year!

I almost hate to say how great this house is because we plan to keep staying there and need it to be available! We just spent 4 days there and it wasn't enough time. The only thing that wasn't great for us was having to leave this place. We have two young girls and they loved the game room and the hot tub as much as playing in the sand and waves. Although there were lots of rooms to choose from, they both wanted to sleep in the "mermaid room" and stayed up way too late giggling. My wife and I cherished our quiet morning coffee on the deck before everyone else woke up. We walked down to Schooners for dinner and watching the sun set. Loved everything about this place and can't wait to go back!

Our family loved this house and the location. The teenage grandchildren loved the house and the fact we were right on the beach. Our grown children loved the house, also. They all said it was perfect for us. The teenagers went parasailing, rode the banana boat, played putt-putt golf, visited an arcade, rode the go carts, and did a lot of shopping. We had wonderful seafood at Schooner's (our favorite), Scampi's, Captain Anderson's, and others. We would recommend this house to anyone with a large family or just a group of friends. It's great.
