This Monte Perla Condo is in a prime location just beyond the traffic of downtown; yet the walk down to the beach, gift stores, restaurants, boutiques, auto rental agencies, pharmacy, and medical office is just 5-10 minutes away.
The apartment was furnished by an Italian decorator, paintings and objects d’art from Granada in Nicaragua. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen, with a hosting bar to terrace; attractive china and cookware, kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a double basin sink with European faucets and appliances. The tap water is safe to drink.
Master bedroom with queen bed, large closet, & large beautiful bathroom. 2nd bedroom with twin beds convertible to king size + full bath. Condominium has no common walls, thus guests have peace and quiet.
-A/C and ceiling fans throughout all bedrooms and in the living room.
-Full supply of linens. On site washer/dryer. Maid service as desired, for $25 extra per day.
-A night guard is on continual duty and there is electronic gated entry for complete safety.
-The premisis is a lush tropical garden that surrounds a beautiful over-sized kidney shaped pool.
-The condo has high speed wireless internet; TV and DVD player; and a IPOD surround sound system.
*On site tours and activities can be booked with our in-house agency: surfing, volcano tours, deep sea fishing, river rafting, kayaking, catamaran sunsets, golf, tennis, wildlife viewing, gym, many fine restaurants and boutiques.
We can provide airport pickup and drop-off ($75 each way)to and from the condo.

Why the Owner Chose Tamarindo
Our family chose this vacation condo at Monte Perla for it's tranquil environment (only 12 total units) and its close proximity to the main beach (5 minute walk)and the town center with all shops and restaurants(10 minutes walk). A car is not necessary, unless of course you do not like walking...the condos are perched on a hill over-looking both Tamarindo and Playa Grande.
