Our Orlando three bedroom property is set in the beautiful lakeside community of Vista del Lago on Highway 192 less than 5 miles west of Disney and is just a short 35 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport.
It is within easy reach of Sea World and Universal Studios and the many retail outlets situated in the Orlando area. Legoland Florida is just 30mins drive away along US 27 near to Haines City.
Vista del Lago.
The gated and fenced community is entered via a manned security gate using an electronic pass and the community is regularly patrolled 24hrs a day, 365 days of the year.
This safe community offers 3 Swimming pools, one of which is less than 100m from our Villa.
Other facilities at the main clubhouse include a Kiddies Pool, Hot Tubs and Sauna. There is even a Gym and Pool/Games Room. There is a small snack bar providing meals, ice creams and soft drinks throughout the day.
There are Basketball, Racquetball and Tennis Courts. Shuffleboard and Beach Volleyball areas.There is a Large Lake for fishing, boating or Jet-skiing.
There are excellent golf courses nearby including Orange Lake Golf Resort immediately next-door. Orange County National Golf Course is a short 9 mile drive away.
The Villa.
Our spacious property is elegantly furnished throughout, has two full bathrooms and is fully air conditioned. There is a 40" Full High Definition LCD TV in the Living Area with a Multi Region DVD Player and a large selection of the latest films for adults and children.
We have High Definition Cable TV facilities with over 200 Channels installed along with High Speed Wireless Internet and Free Local and national telephone calls.
There is a Mini Hi Fi system with iPod/iPhone docking faciilty and a selection of popular music CD's
Dining areas.
The large dining table will accommodate 8 guests and in the kitchen area there is a an additional Breakfast table and Chairs.
Bedroom areas.
All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes/walk in closets and Cable TV's installed.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and En Suite facilities. The 2nd Guest Bedroom has another Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has Twin beds ideal for the kids.
There is also an Inflatable Queen Bed for those unexpected guests and overnight stays.
We have provided hairdryers, straighteners and an ironing board. All linens including towels/beach towels are provided.
After each occupancy our house keepers thoroughly clean the property and all bed linen and towels are changed and washed.
Our housekeepers are always available should our guests have any problems during their stay, and live minutes away from the property.
Relaxation.
A screened porch area overlooking the rear garden is accessed from the kitchen area. It is equipped with a wicker type patio set to seat four people after an exhausting day at the parks.
Immediately outside the screened porch area is a paved patio area with recliners and chairs to soak up the glorious Florida sunshine.
Off Site facilities.
Immediately off site is a small shopping complex with a variety of shops including a Subway, Domino’s Pizza, McDonald's and Chinese Restaurant. There is also a Pub and a Pharmacy store.
Wal Mart and Publix Supermarkets are less than 1 mile drive from the Community.

Why the Owner Chose Winter Garden
Purchasing a home in Vista Del Lago was an easy decision for us after renting vacation properties in Florida and then deciding it was time we owned our own home.
The Community has a genuine community feel to it with a lovely clubhouse with two pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and more.
The location is ideal with easy access to all of the main roads in the area. Disney World is 10 minutes away and the other main attractions are within 20 minutes drive. Shopping is made easy with Publix, Super Target, and Super Wal-Mart all within 3 miles of our home.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The Community is as quiet as you want it to be. You can choose to relax in privacy on the rear Patio area at the home or take a morning dip in the Clubhouse Swimming Pool and have a chat with the locals.
For those more energetic take a relaxing morning walk or improve your fitness in the Gym.
Best of all is you can do all of this in the glorious year round sunshine state of Florida.

Loved it! The house was clean and well kept. It has all the conveniences of a home away from home with the washer/dryer, dishwasher. Plenty of space. It was a little chilly so we didn't get to enjoy the back porch. Would recommend to anyone going to Disney. Easy access to all the parks.

We had a great stay at this villa. It's very close to disney parks. And it's a convenient place with restaurants and stores nearby. And it's safe too with the security guard. The owner is very nice and always replies promptly. Will definitely recommend it to people visiting orlando esp. those visiting disney world.

This home was exactly as promised, comfortable, convenient, clean, and the perfect place to stay while attending the many attractions in Orlando! This home was much better than any Hotel we have ever stayed at in Orlando. When we come back to Orlando we will definintly stay here again. My large family loved this home!

We had a wonderful week long stay at the Villa. It was spacious and clean. A full kitchen, screened in porch, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths all for less that the cost of a hotel room! It was great to have so much space and not break the budget. The neighborhood pool was a great way to wind down after a long park day. The neighborhood was lovely and we felt very safe walking to and from the pool and lake (about a 5 minute walk). We chatted with neighbors walking their dogs and everyone was super nice and helpful. Andrew was a wonderful host, so helpful and always provided quick responses to our questions! I have already recommended the Villa to my friends here in TN for when they plan a trip to Orlando. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, spacious and affordable place to stay! We will absolutely stay there again on our next trip to Orlando!

The villa is a great deal and it is located for easy access to all Disney Parks. This is a great "home away from home" Very comfortable and beats a cramped hotel room or suite anyday! Plenty of space for a family, we have three teenagers (two 6ft+), great facilities on the community and loads of excellent restauants nearby or grocery stores for home cooking. Theme parks really are on the doorstep or just a short drive away. Don't miss out!

The villa is a great deal, clean, and is located for easy access to all Disney Parks. It is located inside a gated community that has 3 pools, which on a few occasions we had all to ourselves. It is located near all major retail stores (Walgreens was our favorite stop) and restaurants. All appliances were clean and worked great, and the villa includes all the extras like a cooler that you can fill with ice to take to the pool. It's all the little things that make the difference. I would definitely recommend a stay in this villa, we had a great time.

My husband and I decided @ the last minute to go see the shuttle launch. There were no hotels available. I looked on VRBO and found this adorable villa. It is very comfortable and very clean. The owner was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would indeed recommend this property to my family and friends. Our favorite restaurant to visit close by was Houlihans! Awesome food.
