We spent an enjoyable three months in this well kept property. The owner is excellent to deal with and was very prompt with responses to any inquiries. The home is furnished nicely. The home is in an ideal location for Disney visitors and provides a much more relaxing atmosphere than a hotel room. We were close to many restaurants and more coming in the near future. There is a good variety of places to shop for groceries in close proximity to the home. We would definitely recommend this home to others and in fact plan to use it again for the next winter.

We had a great stay at this villa. It's very close to disney parks. And it's a convenient place with restaurants and stores nearby. And it's safe too with the security guard. The owner is very nice and always replies promptly. Will definitely recommend it to people visiting orlando esp. those visiting disney world.

Loved it! The house was clean and well kept. It has all the conveniences of a home away from home with the washer/dryer, dishwasher. Plenty of space. It was a little chilly so we didn't get to enjoy the back porch. Would recommend to anyone going to Disney. Easy access to all the parks.

This home was exactly as promised, comfortable, convenient, clean, and the perfect place to stay while attending the many attractions in Orlando! This home was much better than any Hotel we have ever stayed at in Orlando. When we come back to Orlando we will definintly stay here again. My large family loved this home!

Family Trip to Wizarding World of Harry Potter ;-)

We had a wonderful week long stay at the Villa. It was spacious and clean. A full kitchen, screened in porch, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths all for less that the cost of a hotel room! It was great to have so much space and not break the budget. The neighborhood pool was a great way to wind down after a long park day. The neighborhood was lovely and we felt very safe walking to and from the pool and lake (about a 5 minute walk). We chatted with neighbors walking their dogs and everyone was super nice and helpful. Andrew was a wonderful host, so helpful and always provided quick responses to our questions! I have already recommended the Villa to my friends here in TN for when they plan a trip to Orlando. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, spacious and affordable place to stay! We will absolutely stay there again on our next trip to Orlando!

The villa is a great deal and it is located for easy access to all Disney Parks. The owner Andrew is a great communicator and makes sure your stay is enjoyable by providing you with all the needed details of your stay. It is located inside a gated community with enough security to make you feel safe. It is located near all major retail stores and restaurants. The Villa is very clean and all the appliances were clean and worked great. I would definitely recommend a stay in this villa, we had a great time. Our next trip to Disney Florida, we will go there again.

This is a great "home away from home" Very comfortable and beats a cramped hotel room or suite anyday! Plenty of space for a family, we have three teenagers (two 6ft+), great facilities on the community and loads of excellent restauants nearby or grocery stores for home cooking. Theme parks really are on the doorstep or just a short drive away. Don't miss out!

Clean, affordable, easy location to Disney parks

The villa is a great deal, clean, and is located for easy access to all Disney Parks. The owner Andrew is a great communicator and makes sure your stay is enjoyable by providing you with all the needed details of your stay. It is located inside a gated community that has 3 pools, which on a few occasions we had all to ourselves. It is located near all major retail stores (Walgreens was our favorite stop) and restaurants. All appliances were clean and worked great, and the villa includes all the extras like a cooler that you can fill with ice to take to the pool. It's all the little things that make the difference. I would definitely recommend a stay in this villa, we had a great time.

Shuttle Atlantis Trip

My husband and I decided @ the last minute to go see the shuttle launch. There were no hotels available. I looked on VRBO and found this adorable villa. It is very comfortable and very clean. The owner was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would indeed recommend this property to my family and friends. Our favorite restaurant to visit close by was Houlihans! Awesome food.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. It was nice that each family unit had their own room and we had a common area that we could spend time together. It was nice to be able to fix our breakfast and/or lunch before starting each day.

A perfect space for our family's trip to all the Disney parks! Aside from the master bedroom, which was more than roomy, our 2 girls (2.5 & 4.5 yrs old) shared the room w/ twin beds and we were even able to bring our mother-in-law who was able to have her own bathroom. The benefits of having quiet nights (no noisy neighbors in the next hotel room or kids running down the halls), and being able to make our own breakfasts more than outweighed having to drive our own car to the parks (instead of taking the disney buses). The villa is a mere 10 min (with traffic), and it is close to the freeway, Target, Publix, and several nice restaurants. The villa's exterior is nothing fancy, but the interior is nicely decorated, and more importantly it is comfortable, clean and in a safe community. The owners of the property answered all my questions very promptly and gave excellent directions to the villa once we booked. We will book here again on our next trip.

We recently stayed in this villa and found the accomodation a real home from home, with everything we required. The community facilities were also excellent, especially the pools. We would not hesitate in returning to this property.
