Built in 2005 in Heritage Highlands at Dove Mountain, an active adult, gated community which is a favorite to many full time home owners and vacationing clientel, this home is lovingly furnished with high quality and very comfortable furniture that provides the vacationer with the "home away from home" feeling...
It is located on a corner lot on a cul de sac and the yard is fully enclosed for your privacy and for the convenience of any one who brings along a "furry friend".
The home has an open floor plan that allows for openness and moving about with ease. The living area has a large leather sofa and two leather reclining chairs for total rest and relaxation. The gas fireplace turns on with a flick of a switch on cool evenings for peaceful and quiet enjoyment .
The master suite has a king size, canopy framed bed with a large walk in closet and private bath. It has an armoire with a TV for late night viewing and double french doors that lead to the very private, enclosed back yard with a large water fountain that provides for a very peaceful environment beneath the star lit skies.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with brass headboards, armoire and looks out into an enclosed stone courtyard with a second water fountain.
The den has an ample work area which allows for any business activities or computer work along with a comfortable sofa that provides a pleasant place to just read the paper.
We offer free internet connection to anyone bringing along their laptop computer. We also offer free, unlimited calling anywhere in the United States and Canada to stay connected with your family and friends while you are spending time in your "home away from home"!!
Double french doors, with retractable screens, in both the living room and the dinning area, open to the large covered patio. The patio has a fun "glider for two" and outdoor cooking is made easy with both a gas bar-b-Q grill and a gas fired barbeque pit along with a large patio table that seats 6. The yard is very private, fully enclosed and has many mature trees including a lemon tree that when in season bears extra large, juicy lemons and ready for you to enjoy a glass of fresh lemonade on a warm "winter day"!!
There is a large clubhouse that is available for all our guests with billiards, a computer room, a library, and there is an abundance of activities to choose from including dancing, hiking, crafts and many other activities. Located in the clubhouse is a new restaurant and bar where you can sit out on the patio and enjoy the beautiful Catalina, Tortillina and Tucson Mountains.
The golf course at Heritage is an Arthur Hills designed 18 hole champtionship golf course which is adjacent to the clubhouse along with a "fun to shop" golf store that has the latest in golf apparel and equipment.
There is a new state of the art fitness center, a swimming pool, hot tub and five tennis courts that have lights for the residents and guests. All this is within the Heritage Highlands at Dove Mountain community,a pleasant 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive.
We are also a very short driving distance from our main gate, to the Ritz Carlton Golf Club of Dove Mountain in Marana, AZ. This is home to the PGA's World Championship Accenture Match Play which is played every year in the month of February.

We bought our home in Marana as our sister bought a home there and we loved the weather, the amenities and the people. We hope to retire there someday, if we ever do retire!!! Hi! We'd like to introduce ourselves...Our names are Sharon and Wayne Collins. Sharon is a registered nurse and Wayne is a business owner. We have been married for 47 years and have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. We bought our home in Marana with plans on retiring there when we did "retire"; haven't retired yet!!! In the mean time, our guests have enjoyed the use of our home and if they haven't returned for another stay, they have bought homes in the same community....It is special!
