5 minute walk to the center of La Cruz which has great restaurants, some with live music, and most services (small grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacy, ice cream stores, taco stands etc.) Some famous restaurants in La Cruz are Frascati, Philos, Ana Banana, Robertos Xocotlatl, La Cruz Grill and Bar, Hidden Paradise etc.
If you want more action, you can catch a bus 2 minutes from our condo which will take you to downtown Puerto Vallarta for just over a dollar.

La Cruz is a wonderful village, with lots of restaurants, live music, handicraft markets and a lovely beach. We are still close enough to go downtown about once a week to enjoy the Malecon in downtown PV.

Very friendly and quiet building with a lovely resort style pool. Stunning living room with ocean view. Short walk (2 min.) to a lovely quiet beach. A short walk to all that La Cruz has to offer (restaurants, lots of live music, weekly handicrafts market, marina etc.)

I stayed for 2 weeks while awaiting avalibility of a 3rd floor unit that I had rented for 4 months. Sure wish I had stayed in the penthouse. It feels like home not a hotel room. The attention to detail and quality of furnishing is remarkable. I am a Chef and I wanted for nothing in the kitchen. The linen is all 100% cotton which is very important to me while in the tropics. They even have cells phones avalible to use along with Bikes if you wish to bike around. Some of the best restaurtants in the area are within walking distance. I visited the fish market every morning while on my daily walk. Everything is plentiful and not very expensive. I would certinly stay again and in fact hope to this Oct.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, people with disabilities.

We just came back from a week in this gorgeous condo! A very comfortable, beautifully furnished rental with everything you could ever need. Short walk to the charming town of La Cruz where you'll find great restaurants and Mexican hospitality. We highly recommend it!!
