Four bedroom, two bath waterfront home on bluff overlooking Mutiny Bay. Three bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a twin bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This two story house, formerly a duplex, has two complete kitchens including dishwasher, microwave, dining room/living room both upstairs and downstairs. This is a great home for large groups or families. There is an easy path to access the sandy beach where you can walk for miles north or south on Mutiny Bay. The large deck off the second floor provides spectacular views of the snow capped Olympic Mountains, shipping lanes and beautiful sunsets. This property is located just after the turn in the road where E Wahl Road turns into Ebb Tide Lane. The property has no roads or houses between it and the water and has direct access to the beach.
Also, we own an adjacent two-bedroom, ocean-front, cottage with a full kitchen that is also available for rent. This house also has great views and direct access to the beach. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people (pull out couch in the the living room). Both houses are available for long-term rentals at discounted rates!

We fell in love with this property which sits up on a medium sized bank with a spectacular view of Mutiny Bay and the Olympic Mountains. With an easy path down to the beach, you can walk for miles in either direction with views of the water, mountains, seals, birds and other wildlife. The house is spacious enough to accommodate 9 people comfortably with large windows for viewing the sun as it sets over the Olympic Mountains.

This beautiful waterfront property is owned by the Caner Family. I am Frazier Caner, the manager of this property for my family. Although I live in Wilton, CT, my three siblings and parents all help out keeping this vacation treasure in excellent condition for all to enjoy.
