Ready for an amazing time in Naples, Florida? Well, we have just the place for you and your family to stay. Our villa is one of only three in this community called Villa Veracruz. It is ideally located with only a 3 block walk to Downtown Naples on 5th Ave, which has shopping, restaurants, museums, and live theater. In addition, a short 5 block walk or bike ride has you right on the beautiful Naples beach.
This villa is of new construction and has not missed one single detail. The main house has hardwood floors, kitchen, dining room, family room, master bedroom, large guest room with two queen beds, and laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with a gas Viking stove, a stainless steel Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite counter tops, a breakfast bar, and all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. for a gourmet meal. The attached guest house has a built in office with sleeper sofa and a guest room with trundle day bed and full bathroom.
Enjoy your day lounging by your private pool and spa. Large lanai area with table and chairs and a privacy wall. Special features also include a gas grill, bikes and beach chairs to use for your enjoyment.
