Cool Change is a beautiful raised beach cottage, newly renovated in 2008. Professionally decorated and landscaped, it provides all the comforts of home. The main floor consists of a welcoming foyer, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar open to the dining room and living room. There is also a powder room and a bedroom with a queen sized bed and connecting bath with double bowl vanity.
The master bedroom is upstairs with a walk in closet and master bath with a jetted tub and separate shower and an amazing view! There are two other bedrooms which share the hall bath (also with double bowl vanities.) One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed and the other has a queen bed and a bunk bed. All of the bedrooms have private access to a covered porch where you can enjoy the sea breezes and watch the beautiful sunrise, sunsets and boats entering or leaving the harbor.
There is a walk in laundry room which completes the second floor. There are hard wood floors through out, granite or stone countertops in the kitchen and master bath, 10 foot ceilings, delightful architectural details, tvs with dvd players in every bedroom a 42" tv with surround sound in the living room and outdoor stereo speakers on the main rear dining porch. Help yourself to the boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys in the garage closet and rinse off after a fun day at the beach in the outdoor shower.
Cool Change is located in a charming gated community with 24 hour security, sidewalks, two neighborhood pools, hot tub, tennis courts and 3,000 feet of white sugar beach! It doesn't get better than this! Come make memories!!
