Owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to our questions and late request to add a day to our reservation. Good location and price for a one bedroom which met our needs well.

My husband and I recently stayed for two nights. The location is great! The free bus stops right outside the condo parking lot which can take you to town or Peak 8. The BreckConnect Gondola Peak 8 station is less than 1/2 mile (uphill, but easy walk). The condo is small but perfect size for two. Kitchen had just about everything you need and there was a balcony overlooking the parking area. The owners were very helpful and answered questions promptly. We would recommend this condo rental and would probably stay again in the future.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

I can't say enough great things about this place. I just got back from a 2 night stay with my boyfriend and it had everything we could ask for - extremely clean, fully stocked with kitchen appliances and right on the bus route to the mountain (about 2 minutes) or a short ride into town. It was the perfect size for the two of us, but if we had wanted, we could have fit two more on the pullout couch in the living room. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Stayed Mar 13-19, 2011. Nice condo, very good location, close to ski lifts. Description of property is accurate and owners are helpful answering my questions. I would recomend this condo to everybody.
