This 2BR 2BA second floor fully furnished and super clean condo in beautiful Cross Creek County Club is located on an 18 hole Executive Golf Course that is nestled along the Six Mile Cypress Nature Preserve. Cross Creek is surrounded by 16 lakes, lush green fairways, and beautiful tropical landscape. Relax here even if you don't play golf! Amenities including swimming pool, hot tub, sauna/steam room, and BBQ grill area are just steps out your door. There is also a country club, restaurant, lounge, pro shop, and library on site. There is assigned covered parking adjacent to the condo, with additional uncovered parking nearby, and elevator access to the unit. Lee County Stadium, the home of the Minnesota Twins spring training complex, is just 1.5 miles away. Restaurants, groceries, mall and outlet shopping, playgrounds, park preserves, hiking and biking trails, and water parks are within a few miles of the condo. Also within close proximity are numerous white sandy beaches, including Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Ft Myers and Bonita Beach. The airport is a short 7 mile drive.
This is a corner unit with many windows, making it bright and cheery. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, with additional sleeping available on a full sized futon in the master bedroom or a hide-a-bed sofa in the living room. The master bedroom features a full wall of closets, TV, and walk in shower with handheld showerhead/massager. The second bath has a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Additionally, linens are provided (sheets/towels), with the exception of beach towels. A screened lanai balcony opening from the living/dining room provides a lovely place to relax.

Year Purchased: 2005
We are a family of four from a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. We always enjoyed heading south to Florida for a break from the cold Minnesota winters and we fell in love with Southwest Florida. One winter while on vacation there, we decided to invest in a condo to use as an occasional vacation home and also a rental property. We love the area, especially Cross Creek, because the location is great and there is so much to do! We hope you enjoy visiting as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Cross Creek
We chose to buy a vacation condo in Cross Creek because of it's location. It is very convenient to the airport, the interstate, many beaches, shopping, restaurants, and almost anything you want to do. The grounds are beautifully maintained and very spacious with plenty of room for walking/biking. The people here are very friendly!
