This non-smoking first-floor corner unit with attached garage offers an outstanding view that overlooks a pond and 12th fairway, very private, no cart path and short walking distance to the pool. Brand new furnishings and just painted, this is the best unit you’ll find for rent in Spring Run. It includes all the amenities you would expect from a golf community.
The living area has 2 sofas so you can comfortably watch the entertainment center which is equipped with a large LCD TV with cable, and DVD. There is a twelve foot glass opening onto the screened lanai giving you a panoramic view of the golf course. There is a marble top table in the dining room for a more formal dining experience.
The master bedroom, also overlooking the 12th fairway, is furnished with a king-size bed and TV. It has a large, walk-in closet and private bath, with double sinks and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and large closet. Relax in the cozy den which includes a sleeper sofa, large screen Home Theater and wireless high-speed Internet access.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a ceramic cook top, built in microwave and dishwasher. Everything you need to prepare your meals is provided except the food. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the unit. Linens and towels are also provided
A $220 golf membership transfer and $100 non-refundable application fee, provides you and your spouse/second person access to the club facilities such as eighteen-hole golf course, aquatic driving range, putting green, fitness center, plus clubhouse restaurant with food and beverage service, pro shop and tennis facilities.
Walking/biking distance to the brand new Coconut Point Town Center which contains over 1.8 million square feet of specialty stores, department stores, bookstores, entertainment venues, plus dozens of restaurants and eateries in a beautiful Mediterranean-style open-air pedestrian environment. Also, enjoy shopping at the beautiful MIROMAR OUTLETS, and the Promenade. Downtown Naples is only twenty minutes away.
This location is half way between Fort Myers and Naples and is only 15-20 minutes from the Fort Myers International airport. The beach is a short 10 minutes drive.

My wife and I had visited Bonita Springs many times in the past and enjoyed everything that it offers, from great golfing to white sand beaches, fabulous dining places and great shopping. We finally decided to have a place of our own in the area, and having stayed at different communities it was an easy decision to buy a place at Spring Run which we think is one of the best locations.
