I am now renting 4 units at the Myrtle Beach Resort. Unit B236, B238, B115 & D6104. B115 pictures can be seen at VRBO listing 384848. Please read below first, before emailing questions. Most of your questions can be answered here. Also check the calendar for availability, we keep it up to date. If it is blocked out on the calendar then all units are booked. The condos are located at the Myrtle Beach Resort, which is at the south end of the city. The 2 of the units are located in B building on the 2nd floor, unit B236 and B238. There is a queen bed and 2 twin beds located in the bedrooms. We have a wonderful view of the lagoon and the ocean which is only a few steps from our unit. We have just painted and redecorated this past year, so it looks brand new. We also have added updated furniture as well. Each year we strive to make things newer.
Our building is the only one at the resort with a indoor pool and jacuzzi. So if you go during the winter, you can still go swimming with out having to walk to another building. The resort also has Lazy River, so you can have fun in the sun as well. The Myrtle Beach area has lots of attractions. Everything from golf to outlet shopping to Broadway shows. Summer or winter there is plenty to do. So come give us a try at giving you a great vacation, at a great price!
Unit D6104 is located in the Five Season Center. It is a one bedroom unit on the first floor, located at the back of the resort. There is a pool right out side the back door, and you are able to park right in front of the door. This unit has a queen size bed and it does sleep 4 with the pull out couch. It is great for those get away weekends when you don't want to spend to much money.
We believe in having our Myrtle Beach condo rented as much as possible. In order to do this we let you the renter set the price. We ask you to be reasonable, but check around for what normal rates are, and then tell us what you will pay. Look at our availability calender for the date you want, then e-mail us your price and dates. Then we will try to meet your price. We do not guarantee we will accept your price, but we will try our best. You have nothing to lose, so give us a shot at saving you some money!

We were pleasantly surprised at the resort. Location is great (on the beach, near grocery store, restaurants, shopping); Unit was clean and exactly like it was portrayed in the photos. Communication and reservations through the owner went without a hitch. One additional advantage is that we had the key (i.e. combination to the door lock) and parking pass before we left, so there was no waiting to check-in like some resorts.

My family stayed in this condo over spring break 2008. The only bad thing was the weather. The condo was very clean and in a perfect location. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at your condo July 1-8, 2006 and had a great time! This is our second year back to MBR and we really enjoy this family resort. The beach, lazy river, and pools with activies for the kids are great-always something to do. Your condo was clean, and we liked your decor. My family had an incredible time at your condo (7-8-06 through 7-15-06). The resort had every ammenity imaginable. VERY family friendly! 1/2 the day at the beach and 1/2 the day at the kids water park/lazy river. Would highly recommend to others and we will be back. I don't know if this happens all the time but there were fireworks every night being shot from the beach. We had a perfect view from the balcony and living room. Just an added perk for us pyro junkies. I love Myrtle Beach, the resort, and your condo. Thank you! The Kinney family P.S. Owners are very hospitable as well. Thanks again and see ya next year.
