The owner was timely in answering all of our questions, the condo was just as it is presented, and the beach was not overcrowded at all. The balcony is actually quite large, and we spent lots of time actually in the condo just enjoying the amenities.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We were pleasantly surprised at the resort. Location is great (on the beach, near grocery store, restaurants, shopping); Unit was clean and exactly like it was portrayed in the photos. Communication and reservations through the owner went without a hitch. One additional advantage is that we had the key (i.e. combination to the door lock) and parking pass before we left, so there was no waiting to check-in like some resorts.

My family stayed in this condo over spring break 2008. The only bad thing was the weather. The condo was very clean and in a perfect location. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at your condo July 1-8, 2006 and had a great time! This is our second year back to MBR and we really enjoy this family resort. The beach, lazy river, and pools with activies for the kids are great-always something to do. Your condo was clean, and we liked your decor. My family had an incredible time at your condo (7-8-06 through 7-15-06). The resort had every ammenity imaginable. VERY family friendly! 1/2 the day at the beach and 1/2 the day at the kids water park/lazy river. Would highly recommend to others and we will be back. I don't know if this happens all the time but there were fireworks every night being shot from the beach. We had a perfect view from the balcony and living room. Just an added perk for us pyro junkies. I love Myrtle Beach, the resort, and your condo. Thank you! The Kinney family P.S. Owners are very hospitable as well. Thanks again and see ya next year.

Just wanted to send a note, we just got back from a wonderful vacation at MBR in your unit. We all had a great time while there. The only problem we have is the long 8 hour trip getting to and from MB. We already are looking forward to next years vacation. Hopefully we can rent again. After having previously stayed at a great condo in building A, we knew that we loved the MBR, but were a little apprehensive about trying a new unit. We were WONDERFULLY surprised. This unit had an interior that was at least comparable to our previous rental and had a far superior location. We had also seen many negative posts concerning the rental company the owner of this unit employs. I can say that our experience with them was perfectly fine. To underscore our overall impression of this unit: It is great. We plan on returning. I would be more than happy to respond to any questions that potential rentors may have. Thank you Bryan for your help and answering with 100% vality all of my questions. OK, and if I were forced to pick on something, I might say that the plastic chairs on the deck could use replacing :). Seriously, we had a great time. Ed & Kristi

we spent our first family vacation in your condo . It was wonderful and have thought alot about it since returning home. Your condo was very clean and in a great location. I would like to stay there again if I am able to return next year. Aiain for the second year we have spent the month of April in your condo. Everything was just wonderful: the unit was so clean and neat, great location (in the same buildng as the indoor pool), safe and secure, perfect distance to the beach and park area...all in all, the perfect place for a truly awesome vacation.

Thank you for another great weekend. We have stayed in the condo twice and enjoyed our time there. The property management addressed all of our needs and the security at the resort made us feel as of we were safe at home. (On a more personal note: that was the most comfortable pull-out sofa I have ever slept on.) Thanks again.
