Villa La Estancia is a Five-Star resort located directly on Medano Beach and is within walking distance of Cabo San Lucas. Estancia provides all the benefits of a resort with the luxury of a private home. It is located adjacent to the Villa Del Palmar and the newly constructed Villa Del Arcos. La Estancia guests have full access and privileges to these locations including, room charging.
This gorgeous unit #2305 (phase two, floor three, unit five) offers primarily a courtyard view and a balcony view of the Sea of Cortez, beach and Lands End. It is privately owned. There are two bedrooms, with a king bed in the master and two queen beds in the guest room, plus a pull-out sofa in the living room that features it's own full bathroom.
It has a full kitchen complete with all appliances, utilities and washer/dryer. The enormous balcony deck/patio has a wet bar, refrigerator, dining table, two chaise chairs, cocktail table, ceiling fans and gas BBQ. This unit features a dramatic iron entryway, travertine marble floors and ceiling fans throughout.
The pools are filled with wonderful water from the PH based cleaning system (without chlorine). It has a waterfall and special entry for the kids. You will be treated to a full swim-up bar and restaurant. There are five hot tubs on site.
There is a small shopping center with market, pharmacy, coffee shop/deli, ice cream shop, movie rentals, clothing shop and 24 hour English-speaking doctor. Security is provided throughout the complex 24 hours a day and on the beach.

Great Condo and vacation!

Our family of 5 spent New Years week at the Estancia. The property is gorgeous, the staff who maintain the grounds are very hard working and the garden is amazing. We were happy with the room, we had both sides and had plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked well (except the blender and once we asked for a new one the staff brought us one within the day). The pools are beautiful and quiet. The beach has nice sand and clear blue water. The beach out front was okay for swimming but it is fairly rough (it gets deep fast and the waves are strong). We enjoyed the water, the older kids loved being tossed around by the waves and the adults were happy to float a bit deeper where it was calmer. The restaurants at Estancia and the joining resorts are beautiful but I found the food was very expensive for the quality / quantity received (this would be my only complaint about the resort). We loved "The Office" which was a 15 minute (max) walk down the beach for supper or lunch. Our favorite activities in the area were surfing (cab ride away to Mike Doyle surf school) and zip-lining at Cabo Adventures (about an hour by shuttle provided by Cabo Adventures). We did walk into town several times, but while we were there it was really quiet (on one day there were no other tourists on the streets with the shops), and so I didn't feel comfortable spending a lot of time in town.We booked our trip through VRBO / Tonya and she was great - our rate was better than our friend's and Tonya responded quickly to e-mail. Thanks Tonya and owners of this villa, we had a great trip!
