This is a great location if you want to be on the Upper East side of Manhattan and close to restaurants, bars etc. The bus stops in front of the building for uptown, and across the street for downtown.
Few min walk to East River, its an Elevator building, the studio will sleep 4 persons, but note the double bed and the pull out sofa bed are in the same area as it is a studio. There is lots of closet space.
Walk outside and you are on York Ave, restaurants, coffee shops, Dunkin Donuts, laundry, dry cleaners.
