Location – 10 minutes from Ashland or Medford. Quiet and yet convenient. This comfortable home sits on one beautifully landscaped acre with a koi pond and stream. There are views of the surrounding vineyards and mountains, including Mt. Ashland.

“Sukha House is part of the Ayurveda Retreat Center with full use of (not only) the salt water jacuzzi and steam room (seating for 5 to 6) but the seven circuit Labyrinth and meditation areas. From early Spring until Fall, you can sit on the upper meditation deck at twilight and wait for the owls to immerge from their house on the South end of the property. That same deck, or one of the many “sit rocks” next to the pond, make a wonderful space for a sunrise meditation. Also, you may want to sit on the edge of the pond and “pet” the Koi. Bring your I-Pod or CD with your favorite meditation music and play it over the fourteen outdoor speakers.
Our newly renovated home has a vaulted living room dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with gas range and oven, full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster oven. Other amenities include central air conditioning, a ceiling fan, stereo with CD player, WiFi and the clean warm hearth of a pellet stove. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Our beautifully landscaped site includes free off-street parking, private entrance and outdoor living areas to relax and rejuvenate.
If you are coming to the area for a “vacation” then make it truly the retreat you need by coming to the Ayurveda Retreat Center.

Year Purchased: 2001
Kimberly and I started to build this Ayurveda Retreat Center in 2002. It is designed to house 6-8 people for advanced cleansing therapies using the wisdom of Ayurveda (classical medicine of India). The Center is quiet and beautiful. Everyone that comes here feels they are returned to nature. We have a very large pond with Koi that you can "pet". 90 foot stream with waterfall and a view of the mountains that is breath-taking. Walk the Labyrinth as part of your relaxation or meditation. Use the steam room or the "salt-water" Jacuzzi for additional relaxation.

This is a Retreat Center - it is designed to be quiet and relaxing. Large pond with Koi, 90 foot stream with waterfall, multiple locations on the property to sit quietly to meditate or to look at nature. Walking the Labyrinth is considered to be a "walking meditation". Relax in the 5-6 person steam room or enjoy the salt-water jacuzzi.
