Take a 15 minute drive to Downtown Taos for museums, music, theatre, movies, restaurants (casual and fine dining), and additional shopping and art galleries.
If your the creative type, consider taking local writing workshops, painting courses or dance classes. If you're the active type there is plenty of activities for you do do including hiking, skiing (Alpine and cross-country), sledding, snowmobiling, rock climbing, ice skating, biking, golf, tennis, fishing, hunting, wildlife viewing and horseback riding.
