Peace and tranquility in the White Mountains. Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo nestled in a serene park-like setting. Located on the Saco River on Route 302, 1 mile from the Maine/New Hampshire State Line. It is a wonderful quite place to stay, situated on 44 acres of woods and open space teaming with wildlife. First class all the way.
Very convenient location in summertime it is a great location for taking the kids to Storyland, Santa's Village, Echo Lake, or Attitash Waterpark. In addition, there is a pool and tennis courts are available on-site. In the fall we are 3 miles from the Fryeburg Fair with fall foliage all around. In the winter, it is only 2 miles to Fryeburg Snowmobile Rentals (discounts available!), approximately a 10 minute drive to Mt. Cranmore or Shawnee Peak and within 20-30 minutes there are several more challenging slopes, including Wildcat, Attitash, Canon and Bretton Woods.
This unit has two spacious bedrooms one with a queen-size bed and one with a double bed and single bed, two full baths, full kitchen/microwave, washer/dryer, Cable TV with DVD player, small video library, and a spacious living and dining room area. Sliding glass door with balcony with a gas grill. Come and enjoy the Mt. Washington Valley and all it has to offer in style and comfort.

Why the Owner Chose Conway
We own Fryeburg Snowmobile rentals and feel that this was a perfect place for renters to stay. In the summer its great for Canoers. We love the quit location on the Saco River.

Owner's Map of Conway
I have lived in the Mount Washington Valley most of my life. I graduated from FA in 1981, Went to UNH and studied Hotel Management. My wife Sarah and I opened A B and B in 1990 in Buckeystown MD. We sold it and moved back to the valley in 2000. We purchased East Conway Self Storage and opened Fryeburg Snowmobile Rentals.
