This lovely condo is located in the sunny community of Palm Desert, nestled between Rancho Mirage and Indian Wells. This location is excellent, close to the Street Fair at College of the Desert, the McCallum Theater, and world famous shopping on El Paseo. Many fine restaurants offer some of the best dining in Southern California.
This wonderfully situated condo is on a Ted Robinson designed 27 hole championship golf course. From the patio, you can watch the golfers attempt to drive the ball over the lake to the green. Great entertainment! There are also 9 tennis courts, 49 swimming pools and spas, and a clubhouse lounge and dining room, with spectacular views. Truly a vacation oasis.
The kitchen overlooks the patio and the fairway lake. There is a bright and cheerful living room, with cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, a wet bar, and a dining area. The master bedroom has a king size pillow top mattress, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. This condo is complete with washer, dryer, high speed Internet and a TV in the living room, kitchen, and all 3 bedrooms.

Why the Owner Chose Monterey Country Club
We chose to buy a home at Monterey CC, in Palm Desert, because Monterey CC had all of the amenities that we were looking for in a vacation getaway. We loved the warm community, the many pools and the gorgeous golf course. Our entire family has loved every moment spent in this hideaway.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There are many unique benefits that I enjoy while staying at this property, including golfing, tennis, bike riding, hot air ballooning, swimming, reading, watching sporting events, and chating with neighbors. The most fun is dining on the patio, overlooking the lake and the fairway, watching golfers attempt to get their ball over the lake and on to the second hole green. It is entertaining, to say the least.

I live in Coronado, CA most of the time and relax in Palm Desert at Monterey CC. The desert is the perfect compliment to May Gray or June Gloom often found at beach communities. I love sailing in San Diego Bay. I am active in two yacht clubs and have many hobbies.

Great condo, Great location

We stayed there March of 2010 and love it. The codo is close to everything. We sat out on the patio just about every day and watched golfers trying to hit onto the green just over the pond (about 50% made it). I would recommend this codo to anyone and a added plus is the owner, she is a very pleasant person to deal with.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
