Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a den with computer, and 2 covered lanais, our SECOND FLOOR unit directly above the ground floor garage encompasses more than 2700 square feet and can sleep 8. The master suite features his and her closets, a roman soaking tub and separate shower with floor to ceiling tile and two vanities with marble countertops. Bedroom 2 features 2 queen beds while the third bedroom also has a queen bed. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a built in oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas cook-top as well as a separate breakfast room.
WORLD CLASS AMENITIES
As the centerpiece of the community, the 39000 square foot Beach Club is comprised of 3 buildings. The Beach Clubhouse offers several dining options: indoors or under the stars in the main dining room, beachside on the terrace, or in a charming courtyard setting. A private beachside dining room provides intimate seating around a fireplace and French doors open up tot the beach and Lake Como. The Beach Clubhouse also has an indoor/outdoor bar lounge with wine rooms, a library, billiard room, card room, and a 50-seat theater. The European-style spa encompasses a full-service beauty salon, massage therapies, facials, body wraps and a state of the art Fitness Center with a Pilates Studio and Aerobics Room.
