Trendy shopping areas of South Granville and Fourth Avenue are just a 5 minute walk, and Kits beach, Granville Island and Robson Street are less than 20 minutes by foot and a few minutes by car. This townhouse was not built as a vacation rental but as my home. In the middle of building I met my husband but could not part with my place. For a number of years I rented it out unfurnished, but in Sep 2009 decided to lease it as a vacation rental property and devoted 1000s of hours scouring shops to find just the right pieces.
