  The details and reviews of this condo are exactly as listed in the description. Perfect downtown location close to all amenities as well as an abundance of restaurants and things to do from sight seeing or just strolling downtown to see the amazing views of Victoria Harbour. The condo is extremely comfortable and feels just like a home away from home. Modern decor with all the basic neccesities that you could ask for. Whether you are coming for a short weekend stay, vacation for a week or even a long stay, this is the location for you. The condo was beautiful, well maintained, easy to find, great parking, very comfortable and I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends, family and I would stay again myself. The owners, Darren and Leanne and their parents, Lucy and Kempton are so gracious and always available for anything you might need.

  We found the Condo to be just perfect for our stay. The location is right in the heart of the city and it is so easy to walk everywhere, or catch a bus around the corner.All the major attractions are well within walking distance. This is the first Condo we have stayed at that the pictures truly reflect the decor. We would stay here again in a New York minute. Security is utmost and you will feel so comfortable We would and will recommend staying at The Falls in Darren and Leanne,s Condo.

  The accomodations were spotless and so well appointed. The Kitchen equipment top rate and a delight to see nice wine glasses and cutlery instead of the usual mish- mosh. Incredible location that made visiting the city sights effortless... really an amazing value and I will most definitly book it again when up that way. .

  We are already planning our next trip to the island and we know where we will be staying again. The condo is immaculate, comes with everything you need and even has laundry...that was a big plus! The owners were very friendly and helpful, I can't say enough about them. If you are looking for a great property in the heart of downtown this is it.

  Staying at the Falls condo was a very good decision on our part. From the booking on VBRO, to the personal attention we received checking in, were all positive experiences. Booking the condo was easy, the owners were very accomodating when we asked to check in early. We were greeted by the owner's parent who was very friendly and helpful with restaurant choices. It was a nice welcome to Victoria. The condo itself was beautiful. Double bathroom sinks, seperate shower and bath, granite counter tops and marble and hardwood flooring. There was access to a pool, hottub and an excellent gym, well equipped for our needs. The condo itself had all the ammenities of a hotel. Soap, shampoo and conditioner, thick towels and a comfortable bed. Location is what we were looking for and this was one of the best condos we had stayed in. It was central to all our needs, walking distance to the marathon start, to great eating places and downtown shopping. Upon check out we got to meet both the owner's parents and I must say I totally enjoyed their friendliness and enthusiasm. Again, a great representation of Victoria's people.

  We visit Victoria every year and Our stay here was everything it said it would be. The owners were a delight and made our stay easy and fun. Our friends did not sleep well however on the sofabed - our bed in the bedroom was great. Lovely pool - used it once, and location was absolutely perfect! Only thing that was not perfect was the fact that someone tried to break into our car which was in the secured parking lot underground. They were unsuccessful thankfully, but we were not happy about that. They have posted a sign in the elevator stating that there has been an increase in petty theft in that area. Mostly cars are the target. Other than that we loved our stay!

  My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo while we were in Victoria for our son’s wedding. It was a perfect spot for us! It is in a very central location (within walking distant to the downtown core, great restaurants and the inner Harbour) with a very nice view of the legislative building. We were very pleased to find the condo just as advertised, nicely decorated, very clean, extremely comfortable and secure and well outfitted for eating in casually or full meal prep. The condo also offered secure underground parking. The owners were great to work with, they respond promptly to our emails and were very helpful and accommodating.

  I've been coming to Victoria, BC for over 23 years and this is the best condo I have found. The price for the downtown area was amazing as I usually spend that much to stay in the James Bay area. Security of building was the best I've experienced. The care of the grounds was excellent and the people within the complex were kind and outgoing. I used the parking spot which was nice as we rented a vehicle for the day. Two car rental companies across the street. Also a scooter rental company kiddie corner to the complex. Suite is on higher level so I felt safe not being on ground level. Entrance to pad was up an elevator then outside onto a wrap around balcony with wonderful views of the grounds. Once upon entry there is ample room to remove shoes and a closet for extra garments. Also a vacuum and a swifter if you so choose! I left the vacuum alone. Holidays yanno. Kitchen was fully stocked with coffee, sugar, coffee pot, kettle, pots, pans and so much more. I never felt like I was missing anything. Mind you I didn't cook very much but we did use the Brita alot! Thank God for the Washer and Dryer and Dishwasher. There is a kitchen table but we used it mostly for storing our shopping adventures! If you like watching movies there is a DVD player as the tv channels are limited. (Whoever left the Superman DVD behind,Thank You!!!) Tons to do in the area. I ate so much food. I tried to avoid too much shopping but there was so much of it!!!! His and Her sinks, in our case, hers and hers sinks were great! We put our toiletries around our sinks and had plenty of room. We used both the shower and bath which was nice as I liked having the option. Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap were provided. There is a phone that one can make free long distance calls. I know free in Canada but not sure about North America. Bed was a blessing. So comfy and I have a finicky lower back and shoulder area. Lots of space in closet. Balcony was soooo nice. To sit outside and people watch was such a treat for me. Only downside, if you are a light sleeper buses can be noisy in the morning and the odd party goer at night but it didn't last long. With all the windows in the Condo, I expected some noise but it was worth the view. Being able to open patio doors and feel fresh air was grand. The family that own the suite.... AWESOME!!!! Efficient and Kind and Personable. Thank you for the place to call home.

  We enjoyed a great stay at the Falls. We were playing tourist, hosting our adult children, and visiting relatives - and the location was great for all of that - including the 5 minute walk to the Inner Harbour for July 1st fireworks. You could manage here very well without a vehicle as all shopping and eating are within walking distance. Leanne and Darren were very accommodating to our questions and timelines for meeting up.
