Located in Del Webb's vibrant & beautiful community of Sun City West, AZ this well cared-for 2 bedroom, 1.75 bath home is available for seasonal as well as long-term rentals. It's neat & clean, and is equipped with all the things you'll need to spend a relaxing, extended stay in the gorgeous AZ desert. Decorated with several antiques, it has a feel a bit like a "bed & breakfast" and its' 1,677 sq.ft. allow you much more comfort than those "cookie-cutter" motel suites or efficiency apts. Ours' is a NO SMOKING/NO PETS home...please, no exceptions.
The home has cathedral ceilings, is air-conditioned, (new in '07) and has four ceiling fans. The generous-sized master bedroom has a lovely bay-window seating area overlooking the semi-private back yard with desert landscaping. The master bath is lite & bright, with double sinks & a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a quaint, antique bedroom set to welcome your guests. The hall bath has a combination tub/shower; one of those "lounger-style" ones with the built-in arm rests - perfect for soaking in after a full day golfing, exploring the area foothills that surround the "Valley of the Sun", or after some heavy-duty shopping that nearby Scottsdale is so famous for. The living room also has a queen-sized sofa-sleeper.
The family room has an entertainment center with color TV, DVD/VHS player & stereo radio. The kitchen has up-dated appliances, plenty of counter space, is fully-equipped with utensils & dishes, and has a pleasant breakfast nook. There's a screened-in patio off the family room with table & 4 chairs, and there's also a propane BBQ.
Sun City West (pop. approx. 30,000) is age-restricted, simply meaning that one person must be "55 or better!" Tenant member cards are available to purchase for various lengths of time. They afford renters access to our community's many amenities and full use of our 4 comprehensive Rec. Centers as well as reduced greens fees on our 7 beautiful 18-hole golf courses (4 regulation & 3 executive)...so golfers can play a different course each day of the week right here in town.
