Great location, we walked everywhere... Evita museum, Recolleta Cemetery, Japanese Gardens, National Museum of Belles Artes ... Grocery store close by, Starbucks around the corner, great restaurant La Dorita two blocks away. When not walking we took the yellow tourist bus... 90 Argentine $ for 48 hours on/off travel. Clean, secure, friendly, comfortable... Marily gave good suggestions and kept in touch during our 4 night stay.

We have done extensive traveling before. This is a real opportunity to have some fun and save money. Pedro and Marily (who speaks English) were a delight as they always endeavor to make your visit a very pleasant one. The accomodations reminded us of several places we have stayed in Italy and are very fundamental yet habitable. The kitchen gave us the opportunity to eat in, if we desired, and the location offered us easy access to many fine restaurants and tourist attractions. Marily makes it more comfortable with her availability to answer any questions and suggesting many opportunities to see the important parts of the city. The location is a premium as it is easy access to markets, banks, Ricoletta, and other sites nearby. We had a very enjoyable trip and fell in love with the people of Buenos Aires. Don't pass up this opportunity if you have a chance to stay here a few days!

My wife found this darling apartment on the internet. We hit the jackpot! Pedro and Marily took care to make sure we had a delightful experience. Marily (who speaks English) checked on us via internet ( a splendid WiFi is available free) often, to make sure we were happy and well taken care of. There is also a land line phone that can be used for any local calls. This property, located in a perfect spot in Palermo (close to the Recolleta area and at a great savings!), was our homebase for 5 days in Buenos Aires. The kitchen offered us the luxury of eating in, if we wanted, and the perfect location was walking distance to many museums, plaza's, and restaurants. Totally secure, with a dorman 24 hours, is also a very nice feature. Marily made sure we were aware of opportunities to see events taking place and making sure we had the proper transportation set up. We literally fell in love with this place and the people of Buenos Aires. It was hard to say good bye. We have traveled all over the world and this set up reminded us of similar, wonderful, and friendly accomodations you would expect in many of the cities in Italy. You can rest assure that you will be very well cared for if you choose to stay here.

Had a great stay at Marily's flat. All was as represented on vrbo, and Marily was an enthusiastic and helpful host. Enjoyed the apartment's excellent location, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, the park, and bus lines. The bedroom was quiet for sleeping and the bed was comfortable. Typical of BA apartments, everything was compact, but we were quite comfortable for the week we spent there. Thanks for your hospitality, Marily. We will be back!

My daughter and I spent 9 days in BA staying in Marily and Pedro's Apt. The location is superb and we walked everywhere but buses and subway are close. Restaurants in the area are quite good and of course Persicco is right around the corner. Good supermarket a couple of blocks away. The apt itself is not the newest in condition, but quite serviceable and we found it to be just fine. Would stay again here unless we wanted to try another of the great neighborhoods in BA.
Owner response:Roger, thanks for your opinion about our Paunero´s apartment, saludos! Marily

I spent two wonderful weeks in this charming apartment! The location is superb; while right in the middle of a central location within walking distance to many museums and other attractions, it is still on a quiet and calm street - which is not easily achieved in a city like Buenos Aires. There is easy transportation to every little corner of the city, and the place is surounded by eateries - check Parrilla Canal - and food stores of every kind. A half a block from a huge park to walk or exercise - which also has a "get a free bicycle" station. The apartment is very confortable, the technology quite handy, the bed magnificent, the shower a hot blessing gift in a cold day, and the family extremely warm, gentle and willing to help. The building security people is also quite helpful. Don't miss the opportunity to see Buenos Aires, starting from a cozy and secure place to stay! Happy visit!
Owner response:María Eugenia, ¡you are great people!!, thanks so much for your opinion.

When we arrived at the apartment, Marily gave us both hugs. Both Marily and Pedro were extremely welcoming and eager to tell us all about the apartment, negihborhood and city. Marily was always in touch through email, asking us whether we needed any help or recommendations during our stay. It was really great to have someone so helpful and readily available with all of our questions. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. It was great to have our own place to stay, with a kitchen, livingroom, etc. The building is in a very safe neighborhood and has a 24 hour doorman. It is located in Palermo, a really great area, with lots of restaurants, shopping and attractions just a short walk away. The Las Heras Park is right on the corner; various supermarkets are just within two blocks from the apartment and laundry service is right next door. The subway is close as well. Overall, our stay could not have been any better. Thank you Marily and Pedro!
Owner response:Yunna, thanks so much!, Saludos! Marily y Pedro-

Upon my arrival to the apartment, I was welcomed with a big hug from Marily and Pedro and a freshly brewed cup of coffee - priceless after a ten-hour long flight. The apartment provided best value for me. Great location in a safe neighborhood – close to supermarkets, organic stores, restaurants (such as La Dorita Botanico, Bulnes 2593), cafes, parks, public transportation and museums. Marily kept in touch with me via email/phone during my stay, always ready to provide suggestions and advice when asked or needed. I stayed there for about a week and I am definitely contemplating going back as soon as I can. Muchisimas gracias a Marily y Pedro.
Owner response:Hola, Cristina! Gracias por tan hermosa apreciación. Para nosotros ha sido un placer que hayas estado en nuestro departamento. Marily y Pedro
