Anna Maria is the first of the barrier islands located along Florida's Gulf Coast. It is about 7 miles long and 1/2 a mile wide. It is known for beautiful beaches, breathtaking sunsets and a boat load of really nice people. The number one activity in the area is to do nothing and relax on the beach.
This charming beach cottage is tucked away on a very quiet street in the exclusively residential north end. It is the second house from the beach with no roads to block access. If you open your bedroom window at night, the only sound will be the rolling surf on the beach.
Your front door is less than 1 minute from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. The sand is like powdered sugar. It never gets hot on your feet because it is 99% pure quartz. The water is warm and shallow. The fishing is good.
