Relax in quiet luxury while enjoying the invigorating warm and sunny Arizona weather. Vacation rental offered in our newer 3 Bdrm and Den, 2 Bath home located in beautiful Estrella Mountain Ranch. Conveniently located 25 minutes from Sky Harbour Airport in downtown Phoenix (easy access from I-10).

Our home can comfortably accommodate up 6 - 8 while offering new furnishings, appliances, linens etc. The over-sized master retreat boasts a king-size bed with a private ensuite complete with double sinks, soaker tub, separate over-sized shower and large walk-in closet as well as a 42" TV with Satellite TV. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. The Den has a queen size sofa bed with Tempurpedic mattress topper.

The kitchen is furnished with top of the line S/S appliances including a gas cook-top, wall oven, convection/microwave oven, dishwasher and large refrigerator with ice-maker and water dispenser complete with a Reverse-osmosis water system. Fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, hand mixer, rice maker, pots & pans, spices, dish soap, etc.

The bathrooms are fully stocked with soap, towels, toilet paper, hairdryer.

For your entertainment pleasure the Great-room has an oversized sectional to relax on while watching the 50"Plasma TV with Satellite TV, or playing games on the Playstation 3 w/Blue Ray DVD and Computer access (via PS3 system and in-house Wi-Fi), Bose IPOD Docking station (w/Ipod) and a Bose Wave AM/FM radio (great by the pool)

The backyard is a relaxing oasis. Enjoy a private in-ground pool with Jacuzzi, Jenn-Air Natural Gas BBQ, full covered patio or for the sun-worshippers - extensive uncovered patio area complete with Chaise Loungers, Dining Area, extra chairs, umbrella, pool floatation toys too!

For the Golf Enthusiasts - or just to have fun - we also have a putting and chipping green.

The community offers the spectacular Nicklaus designed 18 hole Par 72 public golf course - The Golf Club of Estrella - just minutes from our door, as well as numerous hiking and biking trails, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and children's playgrounds. We are conveniently located close to many stunning and challenging golf courses for golfers of all levels, shopping, restaurants, grocery & drug stores, NASCAR, NFL Football(Cardinals), NHL Hockey(Coyotes), Major League Baseball(Diamondbacks) and 2 Spring Training Facilities (Reds/Indians).

  • I stayed with 5 other friends at this home for 2009 Mens Adult Baseball World Series (we were playing in the tournament). We found the home to be beautiful, spacious and quiet. The owners were a delight to work with and met all of our expectations. I would stay here again!!! Great house and well taken care of!
