This fieldstone house located at 2630 West Liberty, Ann Arbor,MI 48103 offers a wooded setting and has three levels. First level has a foyer at main entry which leads into a large living room with fieldstone fire place on the left and a large spiral staircase on right leading to second floor. First floor also has a formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1/2 bath and a mud room.

The second floor of the house has three fully furnished bedrooms (two with king beds and one with full bed) and a full bathroom. Two bedrooms open to a balcony leading to a deck with beautiful view of the woods and the nature.

The third floor of the house is approximately 750 square feet of art studio with five sky lights with separate air conditioning.

The house is in perfect setting for anything going on in and around Ann Arbor. For example: University of Michigan Football games (House is 1.6 miles from football stadium), campus events, Art Fair, UMS performances, movies and shopping.

House is located less than two miles from down town Ann Arbor w/ vast array of restaurants, Farmers Market, zingermen's deli, zingermen's road house, down town churches and University of Michigan Hospitals.

House is located 45 minutes from Michigan International Speedway, 20 minutes from Toyota Technical Center, 30 minutes from Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village and 45 minutes from various casinos in Detroit.

  • What a lovely property! My family and I stayed at this place when we were in Ann Arbor for our friends' wedding. It's very centrally located and has all the amenities you could ask for. Ravi and his wife really do everything to make your stay comfortable and to make you feel completely at home. If you are looking to rent a property in Ann Arbor, look no further.   • My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ravi's lovingly maintained home. His graciousness and helpfulness really enhanced our stay. It is a unique property, close to downtown and the U of M. All new appliances, comfy beds, and clean as a whistle. The furniture in the LR was a trifle uncomfortable for us, but that was the only drawback. We would definitely return.

  • Ravi has a great house near U of M. The house was very ecclectic and wonderful. A bonus is that it has a lot of outdoor living space as well. Ravi was wonderful and incredibly helpful in his knowledge of the area. He even catalogs the closets and drawers so you know where to look for something without having to look eveywhere. We had a campfire outside in the evening and cooked on the gas grill all of which was provided. If anyone finds themselves in the Ann Arbor area this house is a must stay!
