Rented this house for four family members during UM's graduation. It's a great place to stay, very convenient, and Ravi is extremely responsive and thorough.

Great House in Ann Arbor

My husband, our daughter and her husband and I just returned from a stay at this property. It was a comfortable, well equipped house and so much better than staying in a hotel! We were able to walk the 1 1/2 miles to the Big House and then came back after the game and kicked field goals in the backyard. Great place~thanks Ravi!

This was a great house for two couples to rent. We were very close to downtown and campus as well as nearby shopping. The house was lovely, well appointed and super comfortable. The beds were really comfortable! Rental was easy too. Highly recommended. We hope to be back!

We had an excellent stay at this property! The accomodations were excellent with many extras (nice updated kitchen, nice mattresses, a lot of extra room, basket with amenities) and the owner was very attentive and made an extra effort to make sure were were very comfortable and very familar with everything. thanks, Ravi

Great place for a family party

Guest: Liz (Indiana)
Date of Stay: 01/06/11 Review Submitted: 06/05/11

We rented this house to host a family party and have a place for out- of-town guests to stay. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere of the living room, and found the kitchen very serviceable. We arranged in advance for Ravi to provide additional chairs, table settings, and silverware to accommodate the party, and they were there when we arrived. It snowed while we were arriving and the parking area and path to door were soon cleared. The location is near several grocery stores and very easy to find from the interstate. Ravi was very prompt in responding to communications and returned the security deposit right away. I would rent the house again, and would recommend it to others.

Highly Recommended

In November 2010 I stayed in Ravi's home as a party of 8. The house was perfect. We were worried about the 1.5 baths given our large group size but it wasn't a problem. We took advantage of the miniature football field in the backyard with a game of 2-hand touch and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pictures above are honest but don't do the home justice, you will be impressed. Last, Ravi was a pleasure to work with. He was very attentive setting up the reservation, always responding over email within a couple hours, and I received my security deposit (by mail in California) within 4 days of our check-out date.

A goal post in the backyard!!!

Words can not express what a delight it was to stay in this home! We traveled from Iowa for the Iowa/Michigan football game. There were 3 couples all together. We each had our own bedroom and still had plenty of room to ourselves! We arrived in the middle of the night on the first night and Ravi made sure the lights were on for us. He was wonderful to work with and when we ran out of LP for the grill he answered his phone right away to tell us where to find another tank. There is a HUGE backyard with a giant goal post! The men thought they had died and gone to heaven. We played football all afternoon! Ravi made sure that all of our needs were met and then some. Giant, white fluffy towels in the bathroom, comfortable beds, satellite TV and a fully supplied kitchen are just to name a few. Would we come back to this house the next time Iowa plays at the Big House? You better believe it!! I would recommend this house AND Ravi to anyone!

Dear Ravi, My name is Keith Oldham and I’m visiting from Los Angeles. I’m here with my family attending graduation at the University of Michigan. I just wanted to let you know that you have the most precious and comfortable house. It’s one of the cleanest and well kept homes I’ve stayed at. Thank you very much for letting us stay here. I will recommend it to anyone! Thanks again.

Great for a family reunion

We stayed at Ravi's well equipped home as part of a family event. The home was perfect for a large group with lots of room to play games and visit. We also enjoyed the fire pit one evening. The off street parking is awesome also! This is the best equipped rental home we have ever visited. Ravi is an excellent host and very attentive. We would certainly come back again if the occasion presented itself.

My family and I spent the holidays at this wonderful home in Ann Arbor. It is very homey and Ravi makes the stay very easy by making sure that all essentials are in place. My family has already asked that we make this house part of our holiday traditions.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ravi's lovingly maintained home. His graciousness and helpfulness really enhanced our stay. It is a unique property, close to downtown and the U of M. All new appliances, comfy beds, and clean as a whistle. The furniture in the LR was a trifle uncomfortable for us, but that was the only drawback. We would definitely return.

Ravi has a great house near U of M. The house was very ecclectic and wonderful. A bonus is that it has a lot of outdoor living space as well. Ravi was wonderful and incredibly helpful in his knowledge of the area. He even catalogs the closets and drawers so you know where to look for something without having to look eveywhere. We had a campfire outside in the evening and cooked on the gas grill all of which was provided. If anyone finds themselves in the Ann Arbor area this house is a must stay!
