We just got back from a week in this wonderful house. We were there for graduation from UM and had a party for our son's friends and their families which was delightful! Ravi could not have been better, he even put up a basketball hoop which was a hit! Everyone loved being there. There were 6 of us staying in the house and the accommodations worked out perfectly, very roomy and the beds were super comfortable. It was like a small family reunion/graduation combined, PERFECT! We highly recommend a stay here, you will not be disappointed. The location was ideal for us and Ravi was tremendous.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This place was perfect for 8 of us girlfriends who just wanted to spend a fun weekend together hanging out, shopping, eating, and playing games. The house was plenty spacious enough for us, and the area was close to most everything we wanted to see. The owner is very accomodating and we will most definatly be back for another weekend of bonding and fun.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family stayed in this house for 2 weeks while our daughter underwent surgery at the University of Michigan. The house was fantastic! It has a lot of character and the yard is spacious and fun. Everything in the house is well organized and in excellent working order. Ravi did everything in his power to make our stay as comfortable as possible during a very difficult time. Furthermore, the house is in close proximity to U of M as well as shopping/restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My husband, our daughter and her husband and I just returned from a stay at this property. It was a comfortable, well equipped house and so much better than staying in a hotel! We were able to walk the 1 1/2 miles to the Big House and then came back after the game and kicked field goals in the backyard. Great place~thanks Ravi!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

We rented this house to host a family party and have a place for out- of-town guests to stay. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere of the living room, and found the kitchen very serviceable. We arranged in advance for Ravi to provide additional chairs, table settings, and silverware to accommodate the party, and they were there when we arrived. It snowed while we were arriving and the parking area and path to door were soon cleared. The location is near several grocery stores and very easy to find from the interstate. Ravi was very prompt in responding to communications and returned the security deposit right away. I would rent the house again, and would recommend it to others.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

In November 2010 I stayed in Ravi's home as a party of 8. The house was perfect. We were worried about the 1.5 baths given our large group size but it wasn't a problem. We took advantage of the miniature football field in the backyard with a game of 2-hand touch and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pictures above are honest but don't do the home justice, you will be impressed. Last, Ravi was a pleasure to work with. He was very attentive setting up the reservation, always responding over email within a couple hours, and I received my security deposit (by mail in California) within 4 days of our check-out date.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Words can not express what a delight it was to stay in this home! We traveled from Iowa for the Iowa/Michigan football game. There were 3 couples all together. We each had our own bedroom and still had plenty of room to ourselves! We arrived in the middle of the night on the first night and Ravi made sure the lights were on for us. He was wonderful to work with and when we ran out of LP for the grill he answered his phone right away to tell us where to find another tank. There is a HUGE backyard with a giant goal post! The men thought they had died and gone to heaven. We played football all afternoon! Ravi made sure that all of our needs were met and then some. Giant, white fluffy towels in the bathroom, comfortable beds, satellite TV and a fully supplied kitchen are just to name a few. Would we come back to this house the next time Iowa plays at the Big House? You better believe it!! I would recommend this house AND Ravi to anyone!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family stayed here in August 2010 while visiting friends in Ann Arbor. It's an amazing house, tons of character, a huge yard with a whimsical basketball court and "football field" out back, and easy access to town. It is right next to the freeway and while you can hear the freeway traffic, it's not overly intrusive...and you can't see the freeway whatsoever. If you have small children, you'll want to baby-proof a little when you arrive...open stair railings and such. Ravi was so easy to work with and checking in/out of the house was very smooth. We'll definitely stay here again when we come into town! Wendy, San Diego, CARecommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I was in A2 for an event, so friends and I rented this property for the weekend. We were thrilled with the house. It's very large, so even with our party of 6, we had a lot of space. It was also *very* well equiped, and although we weren't able to make use of most of the offerings (appliances, bakingware, etc.), we were impressed that they were there for our use. The house was in excellent condition, and the property itself was beautiful. It's a very easy drive to the downtown-area or to the highway, and it's best to have a car if you stay here. It was great being so close to everything, yet because the property was so large and spacious, it was peaceful by the house, and we felt like we were on our own little property in the woods. Unfortunately, we did not time our arrival correctly, so we were unable to meet the owner, but he was very helpful and was available via phone at any time if we had questions. He has a great set-up at the house, and provided a binder with detailed explanations of the house and equipment, though, so we didn't need to contact him for anything! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone planning to be an Ann Arbor, and will stay here again if in the area!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at Ravi's well equipped home as part of a family event. The home was perfect for a large group with lots of room to play games and visit. We also enjoyed the fire pit one evening. The off street parking is awesome also! This is the best equipped rental home we have ever visited. Ravi is an excellent host and very attentive. We would certainly come back again if the occasion presented itself.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ravi's lovingly maintained home. His graciousness and helpfulness really enhanced our stay. It is a unique property, close to downtown and the U of M. All new appliances, comfy beds, and clean as a whistle. The furniture in the LR was a trifle uncomfortable for us, but that was the only drawback. We would definitely return.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

Ravi has a great house near U of M. The house was very ecclectic and wonderful. A bonus is that it has a lot of outdoor living space as well. Ravi was wonderful and incredibly helpful in his knowledge of the area. He even catalogs the closets and drawers so you know where to look for something without having to look eveywhere. We had a campfire outside in the evening and cooked on the gas grill all of which was provided. If anyone finds themselves in the Ann Arbor area this house is a must stay!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1
