Welcome to paradise. This third floor condo with elevator access provides a great central point for your escape to paradise. There is an on-site pool to enjoy after a lovely day at the beach.
The beach offers outdoor shower facilities and a terrific view of the Naples sunset and Naples Pier. The condo has a view of Naples Bay. You can sit at the dining room table, enjoy your coffee and paper and feel the wonderful breeze blow through the unit from the bay. This end unit offers additional living space.
The kitchen was recently re-done and provides lots of cabinet space and is well appointed to meet all of your cooking and baking needs. There is a washer and dryer in the unit that makes doing laundry easy. The kitchen entrance offers a balcony are where you can sit and relax.
Your location is walking distance to the shops and dining of Fifth Avenue and you are conveniently located to Third Street and the likes of Tommy Bahamas and Campiello's for outdoor dining. We are walking distance to the City Dock where you can pick up your bait before you head out for a day of fishing. You can play tennis or shuffleboard at Cambier park and enjoy family movie night in the park.

Year Purchased: 1999
We purchased our condo when our first son was born. With my parents living in Naples, it seemed like the perfect place to vacation with our family. We have spent many enjoyable vacations as our family has grown to 2 boys who love to fish with their grandfather and spend days at the beach. The boys are very active in sports now and we find that we can not spend as much time as we would like. We thought this was the perfect opportunity to share our home with others. We hope you will enjoy our home as your home.
