Beautiful 6 bedroom, 5.5 + .5 bath home with stunning Gulf views. Located south of Scenic 30-A in Seagrove Beach, just one half mile east of Seaside. Convenient beach access just 200 walking steps away, down quiet residential street. Private heated 12 x 20 pool (fees apply for pool heating) with poolside kitchen (frig, dishwasher and microwave) and gas grill is perfect for outdoor entertaining. Pool has a toddler’s platform perfect for the little ones. This area has ample loungers, tables and chairs for your relaxation. Two hot/cold outdoor showers. Large, flat grassy yard great for playtime. There is ample parking for up to five cars. Big Fish is perfect for larger groups! There are five separate A/C zones for personalized cooling settings, plus ceiling fans in all rooms.
Through the entrance and up the stairs to the second floor, there is a very private queen bedroom suite with TV, Ipod base, full bath with tub/shower and balcony overlooking the pool. This room is great for the nanny, in-laws or couples seeking a little extra privacy. Hallway runs parallel to the pool and leads to a half bath and the large rumpus room, complete with 2 queen Murphy beds, queen fold out sofa, LCD TV with DVD – perfect for kids! An additional queen bedroom with TV and private bath with shower is on the first floor. Bunkroom has two built-in bunks (four twin beds). Hall bath equipped with double sinks and tub/shower. Laundry room with super capacity washer/dryer and utility sink completes the ground floor.
The second floor opens into a huge combination family room, dining room, and kitchen, all with fabulous gulf views. Second floor deck off family room runs entire length of house with gulf views and two outdoor tables and chairs for al fresco dining. Gourmet kitchen features Viking 6-burner gas range, separate oven, dishwasher, microwave, 42” refrigerator and mini beverage refrigerator. Dining table seats 10, plus seating for 4 more at breakfast bar. Family room features fabulous game table with 4 luxurious seats for hours of family fun, comfortable overstuffed sofa, 4 side chairs, large coffee table, LCD TV, DVD and whole house stereo system with Ipod dock. A half bath with unique fish sink completes this floor.
Two large king master suites with private baths are located on 3rd floor – one with separate infant sleeping area, spa tub/shower and private sunset balcony. Both master suites have dressers, televisions, bedside tables with lamps, large closets, ceiling fans and French doors that open to an adjoining deck overlooking the Gulf complete with comfy Adirondack chairs and tables.

The weather was hot, but barely rained during our stay. The gulf water was beautiful! Kids enjoyed boogie-boarding & body surfing! The pool was another favorite. Great restaurants - Old Florida Fish House (good for kids), Bud & Alley's. Baytowne Wharf has lots of fun restaurants. Our calf muscles are well-defined after a week of Big Fish stairs! Great house & layout! Love the porches and ample seating on the main floor. Enjoyed the surround sound & audio by the pool!

Weather was fantastic! Sunny & warm! Our favorite adventures included WaterColor, biking & running. The beach was warm, with clear water. WineWorld @ WaterColor, Bud & Alley's, Pickles, Shorty's were great restaurants, as was anything at Seaside. Fudpucker's in Destin was cool for kids. Great house - thank you! Loved being close to Seaside, WaterColor, Destin, etc. Great kitchen! Large, roomy place - great for extended family. A very fun house!

The weather was great - very warm, but all of us had a delightful time. Loved the beach. The grandchildren loved the pool. Enjoyed walks to Seaside for ice cream and the Wednesday night concerts. Older boys & fathers had a very successful deep sea fishing experience with the Yellow Fin organization. Great Southern Cafe, Seagrove Village Market Cafe, Barago's, Goatfeathers and the Taco Bar were our favorite restaurants. Your house is beautiful with a great layout for our family. Thanks for sharing with us. A great get-away for all of us!

The weather was hot & sunny, with rain only one day of our stay. Our favorite adventures were waiting outside for the ice cream truck & getting ice cream, and going far out into the Gulf & catching fish on our deep sea fishing trip. We discovered the Donut Hole - a great restaurant. The pool was great! We had a blast riding scooters on the biking trails. The house is amazing! We loved Seaside & visited there 3 times. This is our 3rd year at Big Fish.
