It is close to Linfield College, less than an hour from the city lights of Portland, and 50 minutes from a bowl of clam chowder on the Pacific Ocean. Add another hour and you can be skiing down Mt. Hood. 30 minutes takes you to our state's capital of Salem.

Year Purchased: 1996
I am a teacher at the elementary school down the street from our home and cottage. My husband is a retired contractor who keeps busy working on our property here and in Sheridan and California. We decided to share the cottage not only with family but with people who visit McMinnville for its surrounding pleasures and those visiting students at Linfield. We have 5 children and 5 grandchildren between us as well as parents living in a retired community nearby. Our lives are busy with the many people we love. We would love to share our space with people who love this area as much as we do.
