Why the Owner Chose Green Valley
The east facing shaded patio is a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy the desert sights and sounds and relax. We enjoy proximity to the pool (1/2 block) and comfortable single family neighborhood close to shopping and airport, yet very private.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The view of the sunrise over the Santa Rita Mountains is fantastic. I love listening to the doves and quail while having coffee or a drink on the patio. We pick fresh oranges for breakfast orange juice. In the summer the flowering cactus in the landscaped yard are beautiful. It is only a 2 minute walk to the pool and rec center.

I have my main residence in the mountains of Colorado, in a small town named Nederland. I enjoy having my vacation home in the perfect desert climate of Green Valley, AZ. While there, we enjoy the pool and hikes in nearby Madera Canyon and the Saguaro National Park. And most of all, we love the relaxing nature of the desert.
