The second bedroom has a King size bed, private bath and view of the pool. The third bedroom also has a king size bed, bathroom and large bay window. The fourth spacious children's bedroom/playroom has two twin trundle beds, entertainment TV area, sleeper sofa and private bathroom.

The Shelter Cove Marina offers dining with water views, shopping galore and water sports of all kinds. There is a wonderful tennis facility in Palmetto Dunes with day or night play. The 11 mile lagoon system offers yet another chance to see wildlife from a boat and you can also fish in the lagoon. The location of Palmetto Dunes is in the middle of Hilton Head Island and is conveniently located to everything.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We have been vacationing in Hilton Head, SC for more than 10 years now. We absolutely fell in love with Hilton Head upon our first visit. We love all of the outdoor activities available within walking distance of our home (biking, tennis, golf, kayaking, swimming, etc). The beaches in Hilton Head are absolutely beautiful and perfect for families. We also enjoy the wonderful variety of restaurants and shopping in the area. Hilton Head really has everything you need for a perfect vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our beautiful home is perfect for families and for avid golfers. We have three golf courses in our neighborhood. Enjoy a beautiful patio overlooking your own private pool and hot tub. Three of the bedrooms have king size beds and private baths. The fourth bedroom has two trundle beds, a playroom for children and private bath.

Norb & Judy Ryan's primary residence is in Fairfax Station, Virginia. Norb Ryan is a retired Navy Vice Admiral and currently the President of The Military Officer's Association of America (MOAA). And Judy Ryan is the Principal at an Elementary School in Springfield, Virginia. They have owned their home in Palmetto Dunes for 3 years and really enjoy the time they spend in Hilton Head. They have two grown children, a son-in-law and one granddaughter. They take great pride in their home and hope they you will enjoy your stay!
