You can fish for salmon from the shore in Sept/Oct... The home has two bedrooms to rent (maximum four people staying and eight persons on property at one time). It comes with a large galley kitchen with high end appliances (LG fridge, gas stove and double dishwasher), and a walk-in pantry, large mudroom with high end LG washer/dryer and stand up freezer...Cozy sitting area with two lounge chairs to enjoy the view with a morning coffee or juice, great dinning area with large oak table and chairs, family room equipped with a wall mount 60 inch LCD/LED and blue ray player with a river rock gas fireplace and cozy lighting.. House has two decks and a wrap around deck from front door to side deck.. Decking is made of Composite boards and is very comfortable to walk on... Large concrete patio deck for Webber Deluxe BBQ and storage shed for water equipment and tools... Lot is 140 feet wide with a large seawall made from natrual boulders...Property is lined with cedar trees... House is heated and cooled with a heat pump system... Comes with a wood burning fire pit on the beach and a propane pit for doing wieners and marshmallows if a fire ban is in effect... This is strictly non-smoking which means non-smokers ONLY.
