  My family of 4 (a teen and tween) had a fantastic time at this home. It is across the street from an active, but not crazy beach, and the setting is beautiful. You can walk to restaurants and shops, but we used the very well appointed kitchen and dining areas for most meals. Boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, etc. were all provided for our use, making our vacation fun and stress free. I highly recommend this home.

  We had a wonderful time on our vacation in Oceanside. The home was exactly what we needed. It is right across the street from the ocean, the water was warm and we enjoyed each day. The neighbors were very kind and friendly. The property is clean and well furnished. they have kept it up and it is wonderful. I will go again and stay at this property. If you have a large group then this home is perfect. It sleeps 8 with the sofa bed. This property is in walking distance to food, beach and anything you are looking for. 7 days of doing nothing was needed. just relaxing on our huge porch playing cards and dominos. It was great! I recommend this to all. Thanks, We will be back!

  Unforgettable panoramic ocean view! Clean, nicely maintained and very well equipped. Points of interest such as Lego Land, Zoo and Aquarium, Museum of the Music, Outdoor Shopping Mall ALL WITHIN 15 MINUTES DRIVE. Unfortunately, the unit is not safe for young children for the following two reasons: 1. The entrance door of the unit can be easily unlocked by toddlers and it is only few steps to a very busy traffic street. My grandson (34 Months old) was able to unlock the door by himself and reach the street. It was a scary experience for all of us. I would strongly recommend installing a Door Chain Guard Lock on the door in such a way that it can not be undone by young children. 2. The dining table is hexagonal with six pointed corners that are very dangerous for young children. I would suggest having a round dining table with no corners for the safety of the children.

  We loved our stay. The property accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities and we arrived to find it orderly and very clean. The property was spacious and very well equipped. We loved the fireplace as it was a little chilly while we were there. The deck is large and has a great view of the ocean. We saw dolphins and whales! The location made it easy to walk the beach, the pier, and to nearby restaurants. We would highly recommend this property.

  This is a perfect getaway location. The condo is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. You have easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The view is amazing and there is always something to see in the ocean. Have a glass of wine on the patio and watch the sunset!

  Beautiful contemporary condo, furnished with everything you could possibly need (even sand chairs,) right across the street from the beach. Just cross the street, go down the stairs, you're on the sand. Fabulous view of miles of beach, the Oceanside Pier, great big table and chairs on the deck for eating outside. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, movies, ice cream. Lovely, beachy decor, comfortable furniture, everything perfectly clean. Easy on-off the highway, easy to get to any of the attractions in the area, but why leave the beach? I had a great time and very much hope to go back. World-class yarn store 10 minutes down the road, a big plus on my vacations. Right around the block from the Oceanside train station if you have to come by train.

  This condo is just steps from the sand and surf. The sunsets and the lights of the pier mesmerize you from the large deck. The condo is well stocked and has all the amenities you would ever need. I plan to return next September.

  A group of friends from various parts of the country rented this condo for a week for a reunion.We had a wonderful stay in this clean, comfortable condo across from the beach. The location is excellent and allowed us to take walks on the beach as well as walk to wonderful restaurants nearby and check out shops in the area. We also visited the Oceanside Surf Museum which is close by. The condo is well equipped for cooking and for barbeques as well as beach activities such as sunbathing and boogie boarding. We loved the sunsets every night from the patio. All in all it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

  Our stay at this condo was great! The location was terrific....easy beach, pier, shopping access; great view...you can hear the waves crashing onto the shores; condo in great condition. We had 2 families staying in this condo and there was plenty of room, all the kitchen appliances, gadgets, etc. that we needed. Highly recommend this condo!
