Year Purchased: 2009
Dick and I first snow skied in the West in 1978. We have been avid skiers ever since. We enjoy the mountain vistas and the wonderful snow. I love the chance to go where no car goes to enjoy the exercise and fun of the day. Our kids are grown so we now have the chance to travel around and enjoy other ski resorts. Breckenridge is the best for a variety of abilities and their program for disabled individuals allows our son Sam to ski too. Come see Breckenridge and enjoy the value.
Why the Owner Chose Grand Lodge on Peak 7
We decided to buy this unit in the Grand Lodge at Peak 7 because Peak 7 has all blue runs. The property is ski in/out and when finished in 2010 will have a wonderful swimming pool that looks straight up onto the runs. We enjoy skiing Peak 7 and Peak 9 (and everything in between). We are looking forward to having our own place in the snow.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Once we drive into Breckenridge from Denver, we park the car and use the gondola to go to town and the ski lifts to get onto the slopes. We don't have to move the car until the week is over. The Grand Lodge has so many benefits and fun that we don't have to go far to have all of the amenities of a major resort.
