NEW SPRING 2011: New high quality down pillows and soft new blankets. Silverware, pots, pans, dishes, glassware and other kitchen items have been restocked. Upgraded soft fitted micro-fiber sheets on beds.
UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(5 Stars). This 880 square foot unit has been meticulously cared for and decorated. This condo is located on the second floor of Red Hawk Lodge and is ideally located on the south side of Red Hawk Lodge, closest to the gondola and the year-round heated pool. You will enjoy the magnificent view of the ski slopes from the many windows and balcony.
The full kitchen is well-equipped kitchen with everything you will need to cook a meal away from home. The dining room table will seat 6 people comfortably. After an active day, you can relax in the living room in front of the charming gas fireplace and watch a movie on the large TV. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and cable TV, as well as a private bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom has 2 twin sized beds, cable TV, and ski slope views. The second full bathroom is just outside the second bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa to sleep an additional two people. If you need to work while you are away, you will also enjoy the free wireless internet access.
VIEWS ***** (5 Stars) The many windows and the balcony will allow you to enjoy fantastic views of the ski slopes and the gondola. Relax and enjoy watching skiers come down the main run for the River Run base area.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (4 Stars) Walk to the gondola and ski school, which are approximately 50 yards away from Red Hawk Lodge. Red Hawk Lodge is also just a short 2 minute walk into the heart of village where you will find restaurants, shops, and ski/bike rental facilities.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES BUILDING *****(5 Stars)
Red Hawk Lodge was built in 1999 and features wonderful amenities for guests to enjoy.
Enjoy no hassle parking in the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. If you are traveling with friends and family, you can gather in the lobby sitting areas and enjoy the fireplace or pool table (located just down the hall from this condo).
There is also a year-round heated pool and 8-person hot tub that is used exclusively by Red Hawk Lodge guests. After a long day, you can enjoy the steam room and fitness facilities. Ski lockers are also located on the bottom floor of the building to store all of your equipment.
GUEST SERVICES: This unit is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. It is our goal for you to have a worry free stay and enable you to interact with caring and competent people who want your vacation to be all it can be.
Special services that we offer include fast check-in service, flexible check-in and out times, a generous amount of towels during your stay, trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dish washing detergent and liquid, sponge for washing dishes, trial sized soap and shampoo.

FEES & TAXES
We are required by law to charge tax on your stay.
Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.
WE DO NOT CHARGE THE 5.9% RESORT FEE! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.
Taxes and cleaning fees are not included in the posted rates.

This condo was great! The location was perfect for our family so we could ski as much as possible! The view is gorgeous! The condo was cozy and comfortable with everything you could need!
