  (From Yelp) I have stayed at several of the Mysty Mountain properties over the past few years, including Whitewater Retreat, Mysty Mountain Cabin, and the Dome House (no longer available). The cabins are extremely clean and very well appointed--nice furniture, fireplaces with a plentiful supply of wood, saunas, hot tubs, and great kitchens. As someone who loves to cook, the kitchen amenities are the best part of their properties--lots of nice pots, pans, tools, etc. The setting is also stunning, right on the banks of the Skykomish River, a quick drive to Stevens Pass and a bunch of great hikes. Highly recommended!

  5 star service and accommodations, all the way. I have stayed at several cabins through this company over the last 2 years and have referred them to everyone I know. Not only is their customer service friendly and helpful, but the cabins we stayed at were well stocked, clean, and feel like our own place with books, games, and other nice personal touches. The website is great, lots of photos and information, they're always adding new places and we've found perfect places for different vacations: Rising Sun Retreat was a wonderful romantic weekend, we loved the view, the master suite had a balcony overlooking the river, the hot tub was incredible, the ambiance was perfect with candles, an ipod dock for my dinner music, there was even a guitar there so I could serenade my wife! We strolled to the river and watched the salmon jump (!), and I took their recommendation to hike Bridal Veil Falls and this advice was spot on (short hike, huge rewards with the view at the top!). Something happened where we couldn't get the water to work one day, but we called and they had someone there THAT DAY (Sunday) to check it out and got it going again. Amazing, I didn't even know there were plumbers that worked that far out in the country, much less on a weekend. Still, the cabin had a good supply of filtered water for emergency use so we would have been fine either way. I brought the whole family to Cedar Sky Cabin, the perfect ski cabin, super close to the ski area, inexpensive, and still had internet, tv and a hot tub. It is closer to the highway than some of the other places, but that's exactly what we wanted so we could easily get to the slopes early! Love the discounted ski tickets! It's been nothing but a pleasure dealing with Dave and Beth and we can't wait for our next stay. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to experience the mountains in Washington state.

  We just spent a wonderful three days at the Money Creek Lodge, Riverside Ranch Cabin and its Guest House, and the Timberlane Lodge. We hosted the 42nd annual reunion of Viet Nam-era US Army veterans who were stationed in southern Bavaria in the late '60s and early '70s. More than 30 of us from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Tennessee, Texas, Arizona, California, and Washington previewed Mysty Mountain Properties' vacation rental cabins, which were exceptional for our motley crew, and moved to a signed agreement when we had a final roster of vets attending. The accommodations were actually above and beyond what we expected! At Money Creek there were 12 guys, wives, and singles that had beds (had more beds available too), and when we made the meals all 30+ came to eat. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans and every kind of kitchen utensil that you would need. All of the appliances were in perfect working order (including the outdoor grill). No one complained about anything except a few east coasters who appeared in the kitchen for coffee and breakfast as early as 3:30 to 4 am PST (6:30 to 7 east coast time!). Hosts didn't think of that -- DUH. We enjoyed the decks and fire pits in the evenings, and one evening we actually had the whole group over at Riverside Ranch, so all could enjoy the river and that beautiful setting. The large group had no problem being over there either! I think we all visited the Timberlane Lodge and enjoyed it's ambience. Since all of these folks had spent time in southern Bavaria and many other German locales, we planned we the reunion to coincide with the first weekend of the Oktoberfest in Leavenworth. Our cabins were about an hour away from the O'fest by tourbus, and the trip to and from the fest was delightful -- and safe for all. We got to see the beautiful fall colors as we drove through Stevens Pass. All in all, the weekend was a spectacular success, and everyone had only rave reviews about the cabins and the beautiful scenery that surrounded us. The cabins were roomy and very accessible for all the needs that we had. The decks and the jacuzzis also added dimensions to what the people got to enjoy while spending time there. It couldn't have been more perfect or lovely! Thank you for letting us come and celebrate this year's reunion at your most wonderful cabins!!!! Hope to use them again in the future.

  During the ski season, we are up at the hill a lot. To ease the burden of driving up 3 days in a row this year, we decided to rent a cabin for 6 weekends from Mysty Mountain Properties. They were great about responding to us when we contacted them and let us know in advance when the power was out one weekend so that we could reschedule for a different time. They even let us push back our departure time on the last day so that the dogs could stay at the cabin while we skied. Thanks to Mysty Mountain, this was the most relaxing ski season yet for us and our two pups. We will definitely use them next year.

  I stayed at Prospector's Bend Cabin, as well as another one last year ( somewhere in Baring?) I can't say enough nice things! The PBC view is awesome, and it is half of what you pay for. it is WAY cheaper than staying in Leavenworth ( which typically asks for a minimum two day stay on weekends), and it is VERY close to the summit while still being close to a larger grocery store. I saw lots of folks fishing on the river, and reeling them in! :) Our primary goal was snowboarding with the fam, so I didn't get around to all the knobs and whistles, but it was warm and clean and the hot tub is a must after a day on the mount! The cabin we stayed at in Baring was on the river, also with a hot tub...it was huge, with a nice LCD TV and cable ( even out that far!). Enough room for a few families too, we will go back soon. N

  I rented the Mysty Mountain Cabin In Skykomish, WA for an early Spring getaway and I was VERY impressed with the level of quality I found at the cabin. I had brought my own shampoo, soap, spices, trashbags, utensils and towels but I did NOT need any of them! Everything I needed (minus food) was provided. The cabin was very clean and smelled fresh! the Hot tub and Sauna were perfect as well. There were pamphlets of local hiking trails and activities on the table, great wifi and a large screen TV for late night viewing. The view was fantastic, even a small deck that was over by the river with chairs. All in all, it was about as perfect weekend as I could hope for! Thanks to the Awesome Staff!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Perfect for a ski trip to Stevens Pass. The new sauna is fantastic after a long day on the slopes. I would recommend this property to all who want an excellent adventure in the mountains.

  This was a return trip for us, my family visited the cabin last winter too. We love the setting and the large comfortable cabin with lots of amenities, hearing the train pass by across the river at night, soaking in the hot tub. Everything about the cabin was in order and satisfactory, and the setting is great for enjoying all the recreation available in the Skykomish area. We love the area and the cabin and we are looking forward to another visit.
