JUST SPENT THE MONTH OF FEB. AT THIS LOVELY VILLA. IT WAS AS CLOSE TO BEING AT HOME AS ONE COULD GET. IT WAS EVERYTHING AS ADVERTISED. CLOSE TO THE GOLF COURSES WE LIKE TO PLAY ESPECIALLY RANCHO MANANA. WE'VE RESERVED FOR NEXT YEAR.
Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We reserved this home over the Christmas holiday and we were so pleasantly surprised on how nice the home was set up. The pictures on the site do nothing for the beauty of the home! It was in a very nice area of Cave Creek, close to many sites. My husband & I took the suggestion of morning coffee on the upper porch on Christmas day and the views were awesome! We especially loved the "pool" on the chilly evenings, it was so great to sit there & just star gaze! Because the weather turned unexpectedly cold, the gas fireplace made the place sooo cozy! We have rented many homes around the US & I think this was one of the best. The owners were very accomadating with any requests that we had. I would totally recomend this home! The Cave Creek area is a very cool western town with many friendly people! So nice compared to the hustle & bustle of the northeast.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

The description of the home was absolutely accurate. Beautiful house in a georgeous gated nighborhood of equally nice homes. Home was clean and very well maintained. Communication with the owners was fast, courteous and clear. I would recommend this property to family or friends without any hesitation. Cave creek is a really fun community with small unique shops, charming restaurants, and fun places with live music at night. The home is just a couple minutes walk from downtown Cave Creek. It is also just few minutes drive from the Spur Cross Ranch where we went on a great trail ride by horse, and also hiked and went mountian biking.
Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
