The ground floor of this mountain home leads to the nicely decorated living area. Relax in front of the entertainment center with 42' flat screen HD/DVR TV. An adjacent setting room is great for children to play games. The home includes a recently remodeled and equipped kitchen that will impress the chef in your family. The dining area includes seating for eight. The ground floor also features covered parking and a bathroom.
Retreat upstairs to not one, but two master bedrooms - one with a queen and one with a king sized bed. Also, on the second floor are two bedrooms each featuring a bunk bed with a full size bed below and a twin above. There are two recently remodeled bathrooms also, one with shower and one with jetted tub. You will never want to leave, and always want to come back to our Mill Run Vacation Home.

Breckenridge has a new Fun Park located on Peak 8.You'll enjoy some of the best skiing in the Rockies, Peak 9 and 10 are only a block away. Enjoy the main street restaurants / shops, all within walking distance. In the summer, go hiking out your back door or on several 14K peaks nearby. Biking along the Blue River or on mountain. About: My wife and I are originally from the Netherlands and moved to the US is 1980. We were used to skiing in the Swiss Alps and Italian Dolomiti and went back to Europe to ski several times after moving to the US. In 1986 we went skiing to Breckenridge. We liked the skiing a lot, but had an old, worn out condo to stay in. We started looking at a condo or town home that same year and bought a unit in the Powderhorn. It was a nice unit, but had only one bedroom. In 1988 we started looking at a larger place; we saw our Mill Run unit, fell in love with and immediately bought it. It was roomy, efficient and very well located, so it was a no brainer to us. After more than 20 years we still feel blessed to have this very comfortable place in the mountains. Our whole family uses it and this year our grandkids will go on the skies for the first time. We had a major renovation done about five years ago and installed two new bathrooms and a new kitchen. We are renting thru VRBO with the hope that our tenants will show consideration and respect for our home and have a good time staying in Breckenridge. Both summer and winter are wonderful in the Valley!
Why Mill Run: Of all the ski resorts that we visited, we liked Breckenridge, with its long history and great mountains, the most. We wanted to be close to the slopes, so that we could walk and, at the time, Mill Run was one of the very few Projects that had 4-bedroom accommodations. In the morning the five minute walk to the base of the Mountain, is a great warm up, and coming back the five minute walk is a great wind down. After twenty one years we are still extremely happy with our location. There is also very minimal movement in ownership in the complex, a testimony to the fact that the owners like their place.

You can enjoy sitting around the wood burning fireplace or enjoy the sun on the large terrace in front of the unit.
